Le conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 dans un bref communiqu\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0neuf jours de deuil national\u00a0\u00bb, de ce samedi au dimanche 4 d\u00e9cembre. Le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Fran\u00e7ois Hollande, a r\u00e9agi \u00e0 travers un tweet, dans lequel il indique que\u00a0Fidel Castro a \u00abincarn\u00e9 la r\u00e9volution cubaine\u00bb, dans ses \u00abespoirs\u00bb et ses \u00abd\u00e9sillusions\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abFidel Castro \u00e9tait une figure du XXe si\u00e8cle\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le chef de l\u2019Etat dans un communiqu\u00e9. \u00abIl avait incarn\u00e9 la r\u00e9volution cubaine, dans les espoirs qu\u2019elle avait suscit\u00e9s puis dans les d\u00e9sillusions qu\u2019elle avait provoqu\u00e9es. Acteur de la guerre froide, il correspondait \u00e0 une \u00e9poque qui s\u2019\u00e9tait achev\u00e9e avec l\u2019effondrement de l\u2019Union sovi\u00e9tique.
