A l&rsquo;issue de cette ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9flexion, le Pape Fran\u00e7ois a pris plusieurs d\u00e9cisions importantes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le Jubil\u00e9 s\u2019ach\u00e8ve et la porte sainte se ferme. Mais la porte de la mis\u00e9ricorde de notre c\u0153ur demeure toujours grande ouverte\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>. Voici les mots par lesquelles le Pape Fran\u00e7ois a donn\u00e9 la conclusion de ce \u00ab\u00a0Jubil\u00e9 de la mis\u00e9ricorde\u00a0\u00bb ann\u00e9e 2015-2016, qui marque le cinquantenaire du concile Vatican II .<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9cision audacieuse sur l\u2019avortement<\/h4>\n<p>Parmi les d\u00e9cisions prises cette ann\u00e9e qui a port\u00e9 sur la mis\u00e9ricorde, la plus importante est le pouvoir donn\u00e9 d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 tous les pr\u00eatres d\u2019absoudre l&rsquo;avortement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans sa lettre, le Pape Fran\u00e7ois a \u00e9crit ces quelques lignes qui apportent un grand changement au sein de l\u2019\u00c9glise :\u00a0\u00ab<em><strong>\u00a0Pour qu\u2019aucun obstacle ne s\u2019interpose entre la demande de r\u00e9conciliation et le pardon de Dieu, je conc\u00e8de \u00e0 tous les pr\u00eatres, \u00e0 partir de maintenant, en vertu de leur minist\u00e8re, la facult\u00e9 d\u2019absoudre le p\u00e9ch\u00e9 d\u2019avortement<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait permis qu&rsquo;aux \u00e9v\u00eaques et \u00e0 certains pr\u00eatres express\u00e9ment mandat\u00e9s d\u2019absoudre une femme ayant avort\u00e9 ou une personne l\u2019y ayant aid\u00e9. En prenant cette d\u00e9cision, le pape Fran\u00e7ois a tenu \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser qu\u2019il restait ferme sur la question de\u00a0l\u2019avortement, autoris\u00e9 dans quatre pays seulement sur le continent africain (Tunisie, Mozambique, Afrique du Sud et Cap Vert) : \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Je voudrais redire de toutes mes forces que l\u2019avortement est un p\u00e9ch\u00e9 grave, parce qu\u2019il met fin \u00e0 une vie innocente. Cependant, je peux et je dois affirmer avec la m\u00eame force qu\u2019il n\u2019existe aucun p\u00e9ch\u00e9 que ne puisse rejoindre et d\u00e9truire la mis\u00e9ricorde de Dieu quand elle trouve un c\u0153ur contrit\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre fait important \u00e0 \u00e9num\u00e9rer est l&rsquo;instauration par le Pape de la \u00ab\u00a0Journ\u00e9e Mondiale des Pauvres\u00a0\u00bb \u00a0qui aura lieu chaque ann\u00e9e un dimanche de mi-novembre, dans la lign\u00e9e du Jubil\u00e9 des sans-abris qui a permis de faire venir plusieurs milliers d\u2019exclus, le 13 novembre dernier au Vatican.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em><strong>\u00a0Ce sera une journ\u00e9e qui aidera les communaut\u00e9s et chaque baptis\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur la mani\u00e8re dont la pauvret\u00e9 est au c\u0153ur de l\u2019\u00c9vangile et sur le fait que, tant (qu\u2019un pauvre) g\u00eet \u00e0 la porte, il ne pourra y avoir de justice ni de paix sociale<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Le monde continue \u00e0 produire de nouvelles formes de pauvret\u00e9 spirituelle et mat\u00e9rielle qui attentent \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 des personnes.
