Une femme a cri\u00e9 son d\u00e9sarroi apr\u00e8s avoir perdu un emploi \u00e0 cause de ses tatouages. Kelly Andrews a pass\u00e9 une interview pour un poste de concierge \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel Earl of Doncaster (Angleterre), \u00e0 la suite de laquelle elle avait officiellement d\u00e9croch\u00e9 le travail, ce jour-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Kelly \u00e2g\u00e9e de 33 ans a re\u00e7u un courrier \u00e9lectronique apr\u00e8s, lui demandant de revenir \u00e0 nouveau pour un nouvel entretien avec d’autres membres du personnel, rapporte le m\u00e9dia britannique Metro UK.<\/p>\n

Kelly, m\u00e8re de trois enfants, avait m\u00eame commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 organiser la garde pour sa fille de deux ans. Elle a m\u00eame refus\u00e9 deux autres emplois \u00e0 cause de l’emploi qu’elle \u00e9tait sur le point d’obtenir.<\/p>\n

Cependant, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 choqu\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u un autre courriel lui disant que l’emploi lui \u00e9tait retir\u00e9e – parce que le boss de la boite avait un \u00abprobl\u00e8me\u00bb avec ses tatouages<\/p>\n

\u00abJ’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment boulevers\u00e9 par tout cela, j’\u00e9tais si heureuse d’obtenir ce travail.\u00a0Je me sens \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e parce que j’ai des tatouages, plus que de la discrimination. Celui sur ma poitrine co\u00fbte environ \u00a3 300. Ils sont de l’art, pas offensant\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, dit-elle.<\/h5>\n

Kelly a plus de 22 tatouages sur son corps, mais seulement huit sur ses bras, ceux sur la poitrine et les mains \u00e9taient visibles au cours de l’entrevue.<\/p>\n

Tellement qu’elle \u00e9tait d\u00e9\u00e7ue de la d\u00e9cision, elle a expliqu\u00e9 qu’elle pouvait porter un uniforme avec un long pantalon, une veste et un foulard de cou, qui cachera certainement la plupart des tatouages. Mais quand Kelly a contact\u00e9, la direction pour dire que la plupart des tatouages seraient couverts, elle a re\u00e7u un autre courriel disant que les tatouages sur ses articulations – qui \u00e9voquent \u00abSTAY TRUE\u00bb – \u00e9taient un probl\u00e8me pour eux.<\/p>\n
