Voil\u00e0 le challenge relev\u00e9, d&rsquo;abord par l&rsquo;entreprise am\u00e9ricaine Pat&rsquo;s Backcountry Beverages.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette bi\u00e8re, lanc\u00e9e en 2013, il vous suffira de m\u00e9langer un concentr\u00e9 de bi\u00e8re avec de l&rsquo;eau gazifi\u00e9e. La marque a \u00e9galement \u00e9tendu son syst\u00e8me aux sodas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est n\u00e9e en 1997 lorsque le fondateur de l&rsquo;entreprise, Pat Tatera, part en randonn\u00e9e. Avant de partir, il met un pack de bi\u00e8re dans son coffre. Durant la promenade, tout est parfait mais une chose manque: la bi\u00e8re. Pat Tatera mettra ensuite 15 ans \u00e0 cr\u00e9er la technologie HBT: Hybrid Brewing Technology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec 2 sachets de 50 ml pour obtenir 1L de bi\u00e8re, le breuvage est un hybride: ni pur alcool distill\u00e9, ni vraiment une bi\u00e8re. Mais attention, <strong>\u00abce n&rsquo;est pas de la bi\u00e8re d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0tient \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser le site de l&rsquo;entreprise. Car on ne retire pas de l&rsquo;eau du produit, on l&rsquo;ajoute par la suite. La collaboration s&rsquo;est faite avec l&rsquo;entreprise allemande GEA Group. Elle est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les technologies alimentaires.<br \/>\nPour faire sa bi\u00e8re, il suffira d&rsquo;avoir de l&rsquo;eau, un peu d&rsquo;alcool et cette fameuse poudre. Elle contient des glucides, lipides et prot\u00e9ines. Les cr\u00e9ateurs expliquent le principe sur leur site <strong>\u00abEn utilisant le fait que l&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;alcool, sous-vide et \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/strong> <strong>Ils passent directement de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de glace \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de gaz. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de s\u00e9parer l&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;alcool et les mati\u00e8res s\u00e8ches (comme avec le caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9) de la bi\u00e8re.\u00bb<\/strong><br \/>\nC&rsquo;est le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de la lyophilisation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 afin de garder tous les ar\u00f4mes de la bi\u00e8re. Tobias Emil Jensen et Tore Gynther et son \u00e9quipe ont enlev\u00e9 les composants liquides en transformant l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de glace en gaz dans un r\u00e9cipient.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe danoise a pour l&rsquo;instant cr\u00e9\u00e9 quatre types de bi\u00e8res: une bi\u00e8re brass\u00e9e avec du caf\u00e9, une Pilsner, et deux IPA dont une brass\u00e9e avec diff\u00e9rents fruits tropicaux.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La bi\u00e8re en poudre n&rsquo;est pas encore commercialis\u00e9e, la brasserie \u00e9labore encore l&#8217;emballage et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit \u00e0 une bi\u00e8re personnalisable en m\u00e9langeant diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients secs.<br \/>\nCe n&rsquo;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;une entreprise s&rsquo;essaye \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re instantan\u00e9e.
