Le Pr\u00e9sident de l’Ouganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, a pos\u00e9 un acte inhabituel, lundi 31 Octobre, quand il a \u00e9t\u00e9 aper\u00e7u en train de puiser de l’eau, sur un v\u00e9lo dans le village de Kawumu, Luweero.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident a fait cela afin de mobiliser et de d\u00e9montrer l’irrigation goutte \u00e0 goutte pour les cultures. Museveni a cultiv\u00e9 sur un terrain r\u00e9cemment acquis par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident qui a partag\u00e9 ce lundi sur sa page Facebook, quelques-unes des photos a \u00e9crit:<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui est le troisi\u00e8me jour de mon op\u00e9ration Wealth Creation drive \u00e0 Luweero. Ce matin, je suis all\u00e9 chercher de l’eau sur mon v\u00e9lo pour d\u00e9montrer l’irrigation goutte \u00e0 goutte pour le caf\u00e9 et les bananes que j’ai plant\u00e9s sur les 24 hectares de terres r\u00e9cemment acquises par le gouvernement dans le village de Kawumu Village, Luweero. Je vais continuer avec ma mobilisation et la sensibilisation porte \u00e0 porte sur l’op\u00e9ration de cr\u00e9ation de richesses.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
