D\u00e9cid\u00e9ment, Samuel Eto’o ne s’est pas encore d\u00e9fait de ses vielles bonnes habitudes africaines, malgr\u00e9 le grand temps pass\u00e9 en occident. Beaucoup de personnes qui l’ont c\u00f4toy\u00e9 avant son d\u00e9part chez les Blancs, se souviennent que ce natif du quartier de New-bell \u00e0 Douala au Cameroun, consommait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des beignets de farine accompagn\u00e9s du haricot, pendant sa p\u00e9riode de gal\u00e8re, lorsqu’il faisait encore ses premiers pas en tant qu’amateur dans le monde du Football.<\/p>\n

Pour comprendre pourquoi le plat Beignet-Haricot est entr\u00e9 dans les habitudes alimentaires de Samuel Eto’o au point de se hisser comme l’un de ses plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, il faut remonter dans l’histoire des habitudes alimentaires des Camerounais.<\/p>\n

Il y a de cela une trentaine d’ann\u00e9es environ, le plat de beignets-haricots \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le petit d\u00e9jeuner dans plusieurs familles Camerounaises. C\u2019\u00e9tait le plat qui, pendant longtemps nourrissait de nombreuses familles que ce soit dans les villes comme dans les villages.<\/p>\n

Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve prenait ce met avant d\u2019aller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole ou pendant les r\u00e9cr\u00e9ations. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le temps passait, la recette connaissait du succ\u00e8s au point o\u00f9 on en consomme presque partout. Le plat de beignets-haricots se consomme en matin\u00e9e et en d\u00e9but de soir\u00e9e pour ceux qui souhaitent manger l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n

Sans doute, ce plat a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9lever Samuel Eto’o en entrant dans ses habitudes alimentaires. C’est peut \u00eatre pourquoi on peut comprendre que ce plat soit devenu son meilleur plat.<\/p>\n

\"Cameroun:<\/a><\/p>\n

Riches, pauvres, villageois ou encore expatri\u00e9s, tout le monde consomme le plat beignet-Haricot. Que dire alors des sportifs camerounais qui n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 brandir ce plat via leurs diff\u00e9rentes plateformes comme pour vanter la richesse culinaire du Cameroun.<\/p>\n

On a d\u2019ailleurs aper\u00e7u la star du football camerounais, Samuel Eto\u2019o dans un restaurant avec ce plat qu\u2019il a d\u00e9crit comme \u201cle plat qui fait la fiert\u00e9 de notre pays\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ce repas peut \u00eatre retrouv\u00e9 dans les quartiers surtout dans les petits restaurants et les caf\u00e9t\u00e9rias. On peut \u00e9galement le retrouver dans les menus de certains \u00e9tablissements h\u00f4teliers du pays. Visiblement, c\u2019est une recette qui fera sans doute les beaux jours lors de la Coupe d\u2019Afrique des Nations f\u00e9minines (CAN), qui se tiendra du 19 novembre au 03 d\u00e9cembre prochain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
