A en croire le pouvoir ivoirien, cette nouvelle constitution permettra de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de \u2018\u2019l\u2019ivoirit\u00e9\u2019\u2019, un concept creux et discriminatoire, vu qu\u2019elle clarifie les conditions d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n<p>Elle pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident et d\u2019un S\u00e9nat, dont un tiers des membres sont nomm\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sident. Elle pr\u00e9voit aussi l\u2019institutionnalisation de la chambre des rois et chefs traditionnels et une extension des comp\u00e9tences du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social.<\/p>\n<p>Mais visiblement, tous ces arguments du pouvoir, n\u2019ont pas convaincu Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9, qui depuis sa cellule de prison \u00e0 la Haye a donn\u00e9 des consignes aux Ivoiriens.
