Karidjata Diallo est la seule fille parmi sept fr\u00e8res. Elle vit en C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire. <\/strong>Ses parents, Peuhls tr\u00e8s traditionalistes, ne voyaient pas vraiment l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/h3>\n

Pour elle, ce fut une r\u00e9solution. \u00c0 partir du CM2, elle a pass\u00e9 ses vacances \u00e0 travailler dans des familles ou des petits commerces pour acheter ses manuels et fournitures scolaires. La connaissance, elle le savait, serait sa libert\u00e9. Son esprit s\u2019est form\u00e9, dit-elle, dans la confrontation. Pour obtenir ce qu\u2019elle voulait, elle a toujours d\u00fb batailler. Ainsi a-t-elle appris \u00ab \u00e0 oser et \u00e0 s\u2019accrocher \u00bb. Elle a construit son avenir victoire apr\u00e8s victoire et elle a entra\u00een\u00e9 ses petits fr\u00e8res dans son sillon.<\/p>\n

\"Entrepreneuriat:<\/p>\n

\u00c0 la fin de ses \u00e9tudes, Karidjata passe huit ans dans une multinationale, comme ing\u00e9nieure commerciale charg\u00e9e des grands comptes.<\/h3>\n

Au cours d\u2019une mission, elle rep\u00e8re des failles dans le syst\u00e8me, des \u00ab rat\u00e9s \u00bb. Elle pr\u00e9conise des solutions. Mais personne ne l\u2019\u00e9coute vraiment. Rien ne change. C\u2019est frustrant. \u00ab Je n\u2019aime pas le mot frustration, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re dire motivation. \u00bb<\/strong> Et en effet, c\u2019est l\u00e0, dans la constatation que rien ne veut bouger, qu\u2019elle d\u00e9cide de partir.<\/p>\n

Sur sa route, elle affronte \u00ab de grands moments de solitude \u00bb. Juste avant de lancer sa premi\u00e8re entreprise, elle perd son futur partenaire. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 forfait \u00ab parce que c\u2019\u00e9tait trop risqu\u00e9. Ici, avoir un bon emploi, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une chance en soi. Le l\u00e2cher pour un r\u00eave, c\u2019est pratiquement de la folie. Pire quand on a charge de famille. On se dit que si on \u00e9choue, on emporte tout le monde avec soi. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mais elle, ses consid\u00e9rations ne l\u2019ont pas arr\u00eat\u00e9e. Elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un enfant lorsqu\u2019elle fait le grand saut : de salari\u00e9e \u00e0 chef d\u2019entreprise. Pendant les douze premiers mois de son activit\u00e9, elle est d\u00e9valis\u00e9e sept fois. \u00ab Sept fois en une ann\u00e9e !<\/strong> C\u2019est le sort qui s\u2019acharne sur toi. Il faut dire qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire sortait d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de guerre. Les gens se promenaient dans la rue, arm\u00e9s de Kalachnikov. \u00bb La peur ne suffit pas \u00e0 la d\u00e9courager. Elle s\u2019adapte, change de client\u00e8le. L\u2019essentiel est de tenir bon. Elle sait qu\u2019elle doit continuer pour ses fr\u00e8res, ses enfants, et pour toutes les fillettes victimes des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes qu\u2019elle veut encourager \u00e0 aller de l\u2019avant.<\/p>\n

Elle n\u2019a jamais l\u00e2ch\u00e9. Et finalement, la chance a bien voulu lui sourire.<\/h3>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, elle emploie quinze collaborateurs, r\u00e9partis sur deux entreprises, la premi\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9com et la seconde d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel www.pw.ci. L\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, aux Journ\u00e9es de la diaspora africaine \u00e0 Bordeaux, elle rencontre \u00c9ric Bazin et son LAB. Cet incubateur d\u2019entreprise, unique en son genre en Afrique, lui permet \u00ab d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la bonne information, \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau mondial et aussi de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de talents \u00bb. Sa plus grande ambition est d\u00e9sormais d\u2019aider, soutenir, inspirer les femmes de son pays. Aussi a-t-elle fond\u00e9 l\u2019association Actives qui a pour vocation de les encourager \u00e0 l’entrepreneuriat. Un combat qui lui tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur dans cette C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire o\u00f9 encore tant de femmes sont violent\u00e9es, excis\u00e9es, forc\u00e9es au mariage, o\u00f9 celles qui essaient de sortir de la norme sont vite remises sur les rails.<\/p>\n

Et quand on lui demande si elle a un message, \u00e0 qui elle voudrait l\u2019adresser : \u00ab Aux femmes et petites filles d\u2019Afrique, du monde entier : n\u2019arr\u00eatez jamais de r\u00eaver \u00bb.<\/h3>\n

Karidjata Dalio, \u00c9ric Bazin l\u2019a d\u00e9couverte, il y a un an \u00e0 Bordeaux, o\u00f9 elle pitchait son business model. Imm\u00e9diatement s\u00e9duit par son \u00ab \u00e9nergie incroyable \u00bb, il l\u2019a alors invit\u00e9e \u00e0 la Global Conference de Chantilly. Elle y a encore \u00e9bloui les participants par sa force. Elle repr\u00e9sente un mod\u00e8le pour le LAB, explique \u00c9ric Bazin qui nous a confi\u00e9 qu\u2019il serait bient\u00f4t propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la jeune femme de participer au Jury des African Rethink Award.<\/p>\n

De plus, elle est l\u2019heureuse patronne d\u2019Edit Africa International. Cette petite entreprise de quinze employ\u00e9s, dont le chiffre d\u2019affaires a atteint de 700 millions de F CFA en 2014 (1,07 million d\u2019euros).<\/strong><\/p>\n
