Cette indemnisation l&rsquo;a pouss\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 une seconde erreur, financi\u00e8re cette fois, rapporte <i>Var-Matin<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><b>D&rsquo;une op\u00e9ration des dents \u00e0 une amputation de la jambe.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque Alain D. entre au CHU de Nice en 2002, il veut \u00a0se faire arracher des dents pour se faire poser des implants plus tard. Il contracte pendant son hospitalisation,\u00a0une m\u00e9ningite bact\u00e9rienne qui conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;amputation de sa jambe gauche, un recours extr\u00eame et remis en cause. \u00c0 l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;expertises, il est \u00e9tabli que<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0des lacunes au service des urgences ont retard\u00e9 les soins n\u00e9cessaires pour limiter l&rsquo;infection\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/img.20mn.fr\/_pG8w4DCQq60mqU0QVX7GQ\/648x415_ouverture-visite-nouveau-batiment-hopital-tenon-20e-dedie-accueil-urgences-chirurgie-imagerie-anesthesie-reanimation-5-juillet-2012-paris.jpg\"  alt=\"Erreur M\u00e9dicale: \u00e0 cause de sa dent, on lui ampute sa jambe\"  width=\"703\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re erreur a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 commise aupr\u00e8s de ce patient.<\/p>\n<p><b>Une erreur du Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Une fois cette faute reconnue, \u00a0le long processus d&rsquo;indemnisation de la victime commence. Le Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat en mars dernier valide les r\u00e9parations dues par le CHU pour le pr\u00e9judice subi par Alain D.
