Ce projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9viter les changements d\u2019heure saisonniers en conservant l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le s\u00e9nateur a r\u00e9pondu que le pays avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 l\u2019heure d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 permanente, avant de revenir en arri\u00e8re. Il fait valoir que les levers de soleil tardifs en hiver obligeraient notamment des enfants \u00e0 se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole dans l\u2019obscurit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Le texte reste bloqu\u00e9 au S\u00e9nat<\/h2>\n<p>La Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants a approuv\u00e9 le projet en juillet, mais son passage au S\u00e9nat reste incertain.
