Biles<\/span><\/strong> a expliqu\u00e9 qu’elle se trouvait \u00ab\u00a0debout devant le seau de magn\u00e9sie, \u00e0 se gratter jusqu’au sang\u00a0\u00bb, illustrant ainsi \u00e0 quel point cette affection affectait ses performances et la perturbait dans un sport o\u00f9 la concentration peut faire la diff\u00e9rence entre une bonne sant\u00e9 et une blessure grave.<\/span><\/p>\n

La gymnaste de 29 ans a finalement consult\u00e9 un professionnel apr\u00e8s avoir d’abord tent\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer ses sympt\u00f4mes elle-m\u00eame, et admet prendre d\u00e9sormais des m\u00e9dicaments sur ordonnance, notamment une mousse pour le cuir chevelu et une cr\u00e8me pour les bras.<\/span><\/p>\n

Biles<\/span><\/strong> a expliqu\u00e9 que les probl\u00e8mes ont commenc\u00e9 par des plaques rouges et irrit\u00e9es sur son cuir chevelu et ses bras. Avec son styliste, elle a d’abord essay\u00e9 des produits et des huiles sans ordonnance, mais les sympt\u00f4mes ont persist\u00e9 avant qu’elle ne consulte un dermatologue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Examin\u00e9e \u00e0 cause d’une \u00ab\u00a0creux\u00a0\u00bb sur son bras, elle a re\u00e7u un diagnostic pour deux affections cutan\u00e9es inflammatoires. Cette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9galement affect\u00e9 la confiance en soi de Biles, notamment \u00e0 cause de la possibilit\u00e9 que les cam\u00e9ras de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision captent les sympt\u00f4mes pendant les comp\u00e9titions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Si les gens le remarquaient \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, <\/span>avait-elle<\/span><\/strong> d\u00e9clar\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment sur TikTok, \u00ab\u00a0je ne voulais pas qu’ils en parlent avant moi.
