Au total, six travailleurs de la plateforme a\u00e9roportuaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 infect\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires allemandes privil\u00e9gient la piste d\u2019un \u00ab paludisme d\u2019a\u00e9roport \u00bb. Un moustique infect\u00e9 aurait pu arriver \u00e0 bord d\u2019un avion en provenance d\u2019une zone touch\u00e9e, puis piquer plusieurs employ\u00e9s sur le site.<\/p>\n<h2>Six employ\u00e9s infect\u00e9s \u00e0 Francfort<\/h2>\n<p>Les premiers cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en juillet 2026. Les personnes concern\u00e9es occupaient des fonctions diff\u00e9rentes et travaillaient dans plusieurs secteurs de l\u2019a\u00e9roport, ce qui a compliqu\u00e9 la recherche d\u2019un point d\u2019exposition unique.<\/p>\n<p>Aucun des six employ\u00e9s n\u2019avait signal\u00e9 de voyage r\u00e9cent dans une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 le paludisme est end\u00e9mique. Cette information a rapidement orient\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate vers une transmission locale par un moustique import\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux d\u00e9c\u00e8s ont renforc\u00e9 l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude autour de cette s\u00e9rie de contaminations. Les autres personnes infect\u00e9es ont re\u00e7u une prise en charge m\u00e9dicale, tandis que les services sanitaires poursuivent leurs investigations.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment un moustique peut-il arriver par avion ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le paludisme est provoqu\u00e9 par des parasites transmis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eatre humain par la piq\u00fbre de moustiques Anopheles infect\u00e9s. La maladie ne se transmet pas simplement d\u2019une personne \u00e0 une autre dans les contacts du quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Dans de rares situations, un moustique peut survivre \u00e0 un vol international en restant dans la cabine, la soute ou une zone de chargement. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019atterrissage, il peut piquer une personne travaillant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, parfois appel\u00e9 paludisme d\u2019a\u00e9roport, reste exceptionnel en Europe. Un cas similaire avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9 autour de l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Francfort en 2023.<\/p>\n<h2>Des pi\u00e8ges install\u00e9s sur la plateforme<\/h2>\n<p>Des pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 moustiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs de l\u2019a\u00e9roport. Les insectes captur\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer leur esp\u00e8ce et rechercher d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles traces du parasite responsable du paludisme.<\/p>\n<p>Les autorit\u00e9s consid\u00e8rent que le risque pour les voyageurs et le grand public reste tr\u00e8s faible. L\u2019enqu\u00eate vise surtout \u00e0 comprendre comment plusieurs travailleurs ont pu \u00eatre expos\u00e9s et \u00e0 \u00e9viter de nouveaux cas.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019a\u00e9roport de Francfort est l\u2019un des plus importants carrefours a\u00e9riens d\u2019Europe.
