Il a cr\u00e9e sa premi\u00e8re entreprise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 15 ans avec seulement 50 dollars. A l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 18 ans, il emprunte 1800 dollars \u00e0 sa famille pour cr\u00e9er son propre commerce. C&rsquo;est un entrepreneur, un business man, un conf\u00e9rencier etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A 28 ans, le Tanzanien fonde Helvetic Solar, entreprise leader de l\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable en Afrique de l&rsquo;Est de 7 millions de dollars .\u00a0Helvetic solar a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re entreprise \u00e0 offrir des solutions solaires dans le nord de la Tanzanie.\u00a0Son entreprise \u00a0Helvetic solar occupe la premi\u00e8re place dans le \u00a0Top 100 des entreprises de KPMG dans le Prix Tanzanie 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"notranslate\">Ngowi est le fondateur de la Lumi\u00e8re Life Foundation, une entreprise sociale \u00e0 but non lucratif qui se concentre sur la fourniture de syst\u00e8mes solaires pour les jeunes et les femmes dans les r\u00e9gions rurales et hors r\u00e9seau de Tanzanie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"notranslate\">La Fondation travaille \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et de d\u00e9veloppement commercial durable pour les jeunes et les femmes moins privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s en fournissant de nouvelles prises de courant.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\">De nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques sont n\u00e9s en Tanzanie rurale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"notranslate\">En Septembre 2013, la Lumi\u00e8re Life Foundation a re\u00e7u un \u00abSpecial Achievement Award\u00bb du gouvernement de la Tanzanie, Cabinet du premier ministre, en collaboration avec la Fondation tanzanienne du secteur priv\u00e9 apr\u00e8s avoir fourni une formation et des kits solaires \u00e0 plus de 1000 femmes dans les zones rurales de la Tanzanie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Source wikip\u00e9dia<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beaucoup de jeunes africains ont choisi de sortir du ch\u00f4mage en cr\u00e9ant eux m\u00eames leur propre entreprise.
