L\u2019ex-DG de SIPEF-CI a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019affaire qui l\u2019oppose aux dirigeants de l\u2019entreprise qu\u2019il a pilot\u00e9 de mains de maitre durant des ann\u00e9es. Plus d\u2019une d\u00e9cennie de proc\u00e9dure apr\u00e8s, la justice a rendu un verdict en sa faveur et surtout contre le plaignant Marwan Al Anis. Le tribunal du commerce d’Abidjan, en sa Chambre pr\u00e9sidentielle a \u00e9t\u00e9 sans \u00e9quivoque. Le verdict est tomb\u00e9 le jeudi 23 Juillet 2026.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s douze ans de combat acharn\u00e9 contre une d\u00e9nonciation calomnieuse, la justice ivoirienne a blanchi l’ancien Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SIPEFCI|UOC. Behi L\u00e9opold peut souffler et entrevoir l\u2019avenir avec beaucoup de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. Marwan Al Anis, nouveau dirigeant de la SIPEF-CI, plaignant dans l\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 payer la somme de 5 milliards de FCFA \u00e0 B\u00e9hi L\u00e9opold. Pour que cette d\u00e9cision ait la publicit\u00e9 requise, les juges ont ordonn\u00e9 qu\u2019elle soit publi\u00e9e dans le journal officiel Fraternit\u00e9 Matin.<\/p>\n

En sus, la d\u00e9cision rendue se veut contraignante en ce sens que l\u2019entreprise libano-syrienne devra s\u2019ex\u00e9cuter sous astreinte comminatoire de 300.000 FCFA par jour de retard, si la publication tardait. Au-del\u00e0 de la victoire juridique, c\u2019est une victoire honorifique pour B\u00e9hi L\u00e9opold.<\/p>\n

Ce grand gestionnaire qui a eu g\u00e9rer des multinationales pour l\u2019Afrique et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 en 2015 au c\u0153ur d\u2019une cabale judiciaire incroyable. En effet, apr\u00e8s un bilan exercice \u00e9logieux ayant re\u00e7u les f\u00e9licitations \u00a0de la SIPEF-CI, B\u00e9hi L\u00e9opold a curieusement \u00e9t\u00e9 traduit en justice pour un pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 d\u00e9tournement de 1 milliard. Ce qu’il a vigoureusement contest\u00e9 en \u00e9voquant une cabale inique.<\/p>\n

Pour laver son honneur, M. B\u00e9hi L\u00e9opold a sacrifi\u00e9 argent ( honoraires d\u2019avocats sur une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es) et libert\u00e9 pour parvenir \u00e0 ce verdict. \u00a0Me Gohi Bi Irhiet Raoul, avocat \u00e0 la Cour et conseil de L\u00e9opold B\u00e9hi, s\u2019est battu avec acharnement depuis 2015 pour que cette cause triomphe.
