{"id":382654,"date":"2026-06-27T08:01:02","date_gmt":"2026-06-27T08:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=382654"},"modified":"2026-06-27T08:01:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-27T08:01:02","slug":"la-rd-congo-porte-plainte-contre-le-rwanda-devant-la-cour-internationale-de-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/la-rd-congo-porte-plainte-contre-le-rwanda-devant-la-cour-internationale-de-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"La RD Congo porte plainte contre le Rwanda devant la Cour internationale de Justice"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"article-content jsArticleFirst\">\n<div class=\"article-content__text article-content__left-column js-responsive-iframes-container\">\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo a annonc\u00e9 avoir port\u00e9 plainte contre le Rwanda devant la Cour internationale de Justice concernant son r\u00f4le dans le long conflit qui s\u00e9vit dans l&rsquo;est du Congo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kinshasa accuse Kigali de soutenir le mouvement rebelle M23, qui contr\u00f4le de vastes portions de territoire dans l&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s une avanc\u00e9e fulgurante l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Le Rwanda, quant \u00e0 lui, affirme que la RDC combat aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des FDLR, un groupe bas\u00e9 au Congo qui comprend des vestiges des responsables du g\u00e9nocide rwandais de 1994.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"adzone-outstream\" class=\"advertising advertising--no-label js-adzone advertising--outstream advertising--called advertising--rendered advertising--empty-slot\" data-google-query-id=\"CMfh_775ppUDFWpF9ggdW2sMZQ\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/6458\/africanews-new\/programs\/news_3__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ce conflit, qui dure depuis des d\u00e9cennies, trouve son origine dans le g\u00e9nocide, apr\u00e8s que des vestiges des forces associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ce dernier ont fui \u00e0 travers la fronti\u00e8re vers le Congo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Les dirigeants des deux pays ont sign\u00e9 l&rsquo;an dernier \u00e0 Washington un accord n\u00e9goci\u00e9 par les \u00c9tats-Unis visant \u00e0 d\u00e9samorcer les combats dans les provinces orientales instables du Congo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mais dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 vendredi, Kinshasa a accus\u00e9 Kigali de violer les conventions internationales, notamment celles relatives au g\u00e9nocide, \u00e0 la discrimination raciale et \u00e0 la torture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Le rapport indique que les crimes pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s, commis contre des civils sur une p\u00e9riode de trois d\u00e9cennies, incluent des massacres, des ex\u00e9cutions extrajudiciaires, des actes de torture, des violences sexuelles et des d\u00e9placements forc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">La RDC demande \u00e0 la Cour des Nations Unies d&rsquo;ordonner au Rwanda de cesser les violations pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es et d&rsquo;accorder des r\u00e9parations \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9tat et aux victimes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Le gouvernement rwandais n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9agi dans l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kigali a toujours ni\u00e9 les all\u00e9gations selon lesquelles elle soutiendrait des groupes rebelles op\u00e9rant au Congo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mais les experts de l&rsquo;ONU et les gouvernements occidentaux se sont rang\u00e9s du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la RDC pour juger le Rwanda responsable du soutien apport\u00e9 aux militants du M23.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Les relations entre les deux pays sont fortement tendues en raison de ce conflit, et cette plainte ouvre un nouveau front juridique dans l&rsquo;un des plus longs diff\u00e9rends d&rsquo;Afrique.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-content__right-column hidden-in-portable\">\n<div class=\"enw-MPU \"><\/div>\n<div class=\"article-content__related\">\n<div class=\"sub-navigation layout__item\">\n<div class=\"sub-navigation__wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo a annonc\u00e9 avoir port\u00e9 plainte contre le Rwanda devant la Cour internationale de Justice concernant son r\u00f4le dans le long conflit qui s\u00e9vit dans l&rsquo;est du Congo.
