L’attaquant des Super Eagles et de Galatasaray, Victor Osimhen, fait l’objet d’une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le constructeur automobile allemand Mercedes-Benz concernant un contrat de location de voiture impay\u00e9 datant de l’\u00e9poque o\u00f9 il jouait en Italie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Italia SpA a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte p\u00e9nale formelle \u00e0 Milan, accusant le joueur de l’ann\u00e9e 2023 de la CAF de ne pas avoir respect\u00e9 ses obligations financi\u00e8res li\u00e9es \u00e0 un v\u00e9hicule de luxe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le litige porte sur un SUV hybride Mercedes GLE qu’Osimhen aurait acquis dans le cadre d’un contrat de location en 2023, alors qu’il \u00e9tait encore \u00e0 Naples.<\/span><\/p>\n

D’apr\u00e8s la plainte, l’attaquant de 27 ans n’a pas honor\u00e9 plusieurs \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de paiement, ce qui a engendr\u00e9 un arri\u00e9r\u00e9 d’environ 90\u00a0000\u00a0\u20ac (soit environ 144 millions de nairas). De plus, les repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 affirment que le v\u00e9hicule n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 restitu\u00e9 \u00e0 l’expiration du contrat de location.<\/span><\/p>\n

La proc\u00e9dure judiciaire qualifie la situation de \u00ab d\u00e9tournement de fonds \u00bb. \u00c0 ce jour, ni Osimhen ni son \u00e9quipe juridique n’ont publi\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse publique aux all\u00e9gations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce rapport a fait grand bruit, compte tenu des revenus consid\u00e9rables d’Osimhen. Il percevait environ 10 millions d’euros par saison en Italie avant son transfert en 2024 au Galatasaray, en Turquie, o\u00f9 son salaire annuel d\u00e9passerait les 18 millions d’euros. Malgr\u00e9 les complications juridiques, Osimhen a r\u00e9cemment f\u00eat\u00e9 une victoire contre Fenerbah\u00e7e, marquant son premier but depuis plus d’un mois.<\/span><\/p>\n

Connu pour son amour des voitures de luxe, Osimhen \u00e9tait souvent aper\u00e7u \u00e0 Naples au volant d’une Mercedes Classe G bleu ciel personnalis\u00e9e et a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 vu au volant d’une Lamborghini Revuelto lors d’un voyage \u00e0 Lagos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
