Il a plaid\u00e9 non coupable.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">La nouvelle plainte all\u00e8gue l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;un \u00ab complot complexe \u00bb visant \u00e0 assassiner la star et pr\u00e9cise que son objectif est de d\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 des \u00ab individus impliqu\u00e9s \u00bb par le biais de la proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9couverte de preuves.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Shakur \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des rappeurs les plus en vue du d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990, avec plus de 75 millions de disques vendus, dont les tubes Hit &lsquo;Em Up et California Love.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Il menait \u00e9galement une carri\u00e8re d&rsquo;acteur, avec des r\u00f4les dans Juice, Above The Rim et Poetic Justice. Mais sa carri\u00e8re prit fin brutalement lorsqu&rsquo;il fut abattu de quatre balles lors d&rsquo;une fusillade au volant \u00e0 Las Vegas en septembre 1996. Il d\u00e9c\u00e9da \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital six jours plus tard, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 25 ans.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">M. Davis a \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9 de meurtre en septembre 2023. La police a affirm\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il avait planifi\u00e9 la fusillade avec son neveu, \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;une altercation avec Shakur dans un casino.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Devant le tribunal, le procureur Marc DiaGiacomo a d\u00e9crit M. Davis \u2013 un ancien chef du gang de rue South Side Compton Crips \u2013 comme le \u00ab commandant sur le terrain \u00bb qui a \u00ab ordonn\u00e9 la mort \u00bb de Shakur.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">La police a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que M. Davis s&rsquo;\u00e9tait procur\u00e9 l&rsquo;arme aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une connaissance non identifi\u00e9e et a mentionn\u00e9 ses propres aveux aux m\u00e9dias selon lesquels il se trouvait dans le v\u00e9hicule d&rsquo;o\u00f9 provenaient les coups de feu. Elle n&rsquo;a pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qui avait tir\u00e9.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Les trois hommes qui se trouvaient dans la voiture avec M. Davis au moment de la fusillade, dont son neveu, sont tous d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s depuis.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">M. Davis a plaid\u00e9 non coupable.
