Jitu Munda, un homme de 50 ans d\u00e9pass\u00e9 par la bureaucratie, a pris les demandes de sa banque au pied de la lettre en exhumant le corps de sa d\u00e9funte s\u0153ur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lundi dernier, aux alentours de 13 heures, les clients d\u2019une agence bancaire rurale du bloc de Patana (district de Keonjhar) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins d\u2019une sc\u00e8ne d\u2019horreur. Jitu Munda, s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au guichet accompagn\u00e9 des restes squelettiques de sa s\u0153ur a\u00een\u00e9e, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e le 26 janvier dernier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Son objectif ? Prouver visuellement que sa parente \u00e9tait bel et bien morte afin de d\u00e9bloquer les fonds pr\u00e9sents sur son compte, soit environ 19 300 roupies (environ 215 \u20ac).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Selon les informations du Times of India , l\u2019homme s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 rendu \u00e0 plusieurs reprises dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. \u00c0 chaque passage, le personnel refusait de lui remettre l\u2019argent, exigeant des documents officiels pour prouver le d\u00e9c\u00e8s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Analphab\u00e8te et totalement d\u00e9muni face aux proc\u00e9dures administratives complexes, Jitu Munda n&rsquo;a pas compris que la banque r\u00e9clamait un certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s papier. Pour lui, la preuve la plus irr\u00e9futable r\u00e9sidait dans le corps de la d\u00e9funte. Il a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;exhumer la d\u00e9pouille pour la porter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;agence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L&rsquo;incident a provoqu\u00e9 un mouvement de panique imm\u00e9diat parmi le personnel et les usagers, for\u00e7ant la direction \u00e0 appeler la police en urgence. Toutefois, apr\u00e8s enqu\u00eate, les autorit\u00e9s ont rapidement \u00e9cart\u00e9 toute intention criminelle ou macabre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab Il est innocent. Il n&rsquo;a simplement pas compris le processus d&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Kiran Prasad Sahu, inspecteur en charge du commissariat de Patana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation des forces de l&rsquo;ordre, Jitu a finalement accept\u00e9 de ramener les restes de sa s\u0153ur vers leur lieu de s\u00e9pulture.
