Et encore un report.<\/p>\n<p>Le 24 mars 2026, l&rsquo;affaire de Ndella Madior Diouf a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9e devant la chambre criminelle du tribunal de Dakar. Le verdict du jour : renvoi au 28 avril pour l&rsquo;ouverture des d\u00e9bats.<\/p>\n<h2>Ce dont on l&rsquo;accuse<\/h2>\n<p>Ndella Madior Diouf et dix coaccus\u00e9s font face \u00e0 une liste de charges lourdes : traite de personnes, exercice ill\u00e9gal de la m\u00e9decine, privation de soins ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des d\u00e9c\u00e8s, mise en danger de la vie d&rsquo;autrui, homicide involontaire, inhumations clandestines.<\/p>\n<p>Tout a commenc\u00e9 fin d\u00e9cembre 2023 avec une vid\u00e9o. Des images de nourrissons dans un \u00e9tat critique, certains gravement d\u00e9nutris, film\u00e9s \u00e0 la pouponni\u00e8re \u00ab\u00a0Keur Yeurmand\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. La vid\u00e9o est devenue virale en quelques heures, provoquant une onde de choc au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et dans la diaspora. Une p\u00e9tition pour la fermeture imm\u00e9diate du centre a rapidement circul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, plus de cinq nourrissons ont perdu la vie. Certains auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 inhum\u00e9s clandestinement.<\/p>\n<h2>La libert\u00e9 provisoire, encore refus\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Ses avocats ont plaid\u00e9 pour une mise en libert\u00e9 provisoire, proposant m\u00eame un bracelet \u00e9lectronique. Le parquet a dit non. Le juge a suivi le minist\u00e8re public. Ndella Madior Diouf reste en d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n<p>Elle attend le 28 avril. Son proc\u00e8s aura lieu.
