C\u2019est souvent dans ce cas que l\u2019on retrouve la pr\u00e9sence du champignon Pytiriasis.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Il faut laver vos cheveux r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, il existe des shampoings non agressifs pour le cuir chevelu et\u00a0antipelliculaires.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0Il faut masser le cuir chevelu quand vous mettez le shampoing sur vos cheveux afin \u00a0de d\u00e9tendre le cuir chevelu.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Il ne faut pas se gratter le cuir chevelu, car cela pourrait aggraver la situation pelliculaire en provoquant alors de micro l\u00e9sions associ\u00e9es.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Il faut beaucoup dormir pour limiter les risques de stress et de fatigue qui sont des facteurs fortement impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019apparition des pellicules.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Il faut laver les cheveux \u00e0 l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence avec l\u2019eau froide pour freiner la production de s\u00e9bum. L\u2019eau chaude ou tr\u00e8s chaude,\u00a0agresse le cuir chevelu.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Il ne faut pas porter longtemps vos tissages ou vos tresses, desserrez les casquettes, les bonnets ou les chapeaux, il faut que votre cuir chevelu respire !<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Il faut que vous nettoyez les peignes, les brosses \u00e0 cheveux apr\u00e8s les avoir utilis\u00e9. Cela permet de les d\u00e9barrasser des traces de s\u00e9bum et de particules de peau et de ne pas se contaminer de nouveau \u00e0 chaque usage. Un simple lavage \u00e0 l\u2019eau savonneuse suffit pour les accessoires que vous utilisez pour vos cheveux.
