Un s\u00e9minaire de formation sur \u00ab\u00a0La R\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique\u00a0\u00bb. C’est sous ce th\u00e8me que le pr\u00e9sident directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du groupe M\u00c9AMBLY holding, le doctorant \u00c9variste M\u00e9ambly, qui s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 soutenir son doctorat en mars 2026 sur le th\u00e8me: Pilotage de la performance globale des organisations en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire : cas du Groupe M\u00c9AMBLY, est en formation avec une dizaine de cadres de son groupe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Conscient que la performance globale d\u2019une entreprise de la dimension du Groupe Meambly repose sur l\u2019implication strat\u00e9gique de ses collaborateurs cl\u00e9s, le Pr\u00e9sident du Groupe a fait le choix structurant de financer des formations de haut niveau au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de ses cadres. Cette politique de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences est men\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et volontaire. Elle comprend une formation strat\u00e9gique par trimestre, soit 4 sessions sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026.<\/p>\n

Le premier th\u00e8me de la premi\u00e8re session 2026 est intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0LA R\u00c9FLEXION STRAT\u00c9GIQUE \u00ab\u00a0. Il poursuit plusieurs objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques. Pour ce d\u00e9but d’ann\u00e9e, cette formation vise \u00e0 permettre aux cadres du Groupe Meambly d’: Acqu\u00e9rir une m\u00e9thodologie claire et structur\u00e9e de r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique, de Savoir formuler, choisir et mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie adapt\u00e9e aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise, Ma\u00eetriser les principaux outils de gestion strat\u00e9gique (diagnostic, choix strat\u00e9giques, pilotage), B\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un accompagnement pratique, afin de transposer imm\u00e9diatement les acquis aux enjeux concrets du Groupe Meambly et de leurs directions respectives.<\/p>\n

Cette initiative illustre une conviction forte du leadership du Groupe Meambly : la formation continue des cadres est un levier central de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, de gouvernance efficace et de cr\u00e9ation de valeur durable. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s avoir valid\u00e9 son Master le 23 juillet 2022 en pilotage des organisations (EMBA) au centre de valorisation professionnelle de Tunis (CVPT) avec la mention tr\u00e8s bien, le PDG Meambly a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 se former.<\/p>\n

Son deuxi\u00e8me master en politique et management du d\u00e9veloppement potentiel Afrique \u00e0 Sciences Po Paris le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2025 avec la note A+ sur le th\u00e8me \u201c partenariat public- priv\u00e9 et d\u00e9veloppement local: repenser le financement des infrastructures routi\u00e8res dans la r\u00e9gion du Gu\u00e9mon (Rci) \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la d\u00e9centralisation \u201c, t\u00e9moigne de la vision qu’il inculque au Groupe MEAMBLY.<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, il a encore suivi d’importantes formations sur des th\u00e8mes tous aussi pertinents notamment celle faite de septembre 2024 \u00e0 janvier 2025 \u00e0 l\u2019Institut de socio-economie des entreprises et des organisations (ISEOR) \u00e0 Lyon (France) sur le th\u00e8me \u201cR\u00e9ussir le changement : Outils et m\u00e9thodes\u201d.<\/p>\n

En ce d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026, il participe en personne \u00e0 une formation acad\u00e9mique de haut niveau anim\u00e9e par une sommit\u00e9 en l’occurrence le Professeur Michel Courcelle, enseignant \u00e0 Sciences Po, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de quinze (15) hauts cadres du Groupe Meambly Holding. Cette formation se tient au si\u00e8ge dudit groupe sis \u00e0 Abidjan-Marcory, depuis le 12 janvier 2026.<\/p>\n

Qui est le formateur ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le professeur Michel COURCELLE, formateur d\u2019exception conjugue exp\u00e9rience acad\u00e9mique et terrain. Celui forme en ce moment Meambly et ses cadres est Directeur p\u00e9dagogique et intervenant- Science Po Paris. Il est Conseiller strat\u00e9gique pour la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD). Michel Courcelle est aussi Ancien pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation pour l\u2019Entreprise africaine.\u00a0 Dans son parcours, il fut ancien deputy Team Leader-ROM ACP Monitoring\u00a0 chez (PwC Belgium). Dans son escarcelle, on note a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0Ancien Administrateur principal-OCDE\/Club du Sahel, Ancien Diversification Manager-V.Q Peter et Ancien Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral-CEPIA(CNPF).<\/p>\n
