{"id":376773,"date":"2025-12-28T15:21:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-28T15:21:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=376773"},"modified":"2025-12-29T15:25:50","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T15:25:50","slug":"barca-laporta-deux-autres-dirigeants-fc-barcelone-inculpes-pour-une-fraude-presumee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/barca-laporta-deux-autres-dirigeants-fc-barcelone-inculpes-pour-une-fraude-presumee\/","title":{"rendered":"Bar\u00e7a : Laporta et deux autres dirigeants du FC Barcelone inculp\u00e9s pour une fraude pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ue-c-article__body\">\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph paragraph ue-c-article--first-letter-highlighted\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\"><span dir=\"auto\">Le\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">journal El Peri\u00f3dico<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0rapporte ce lundi que le tribunal d&rsquo;instruction n\u00b0 22 de\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Barcelone a convoqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Joan Laporta, Rafael Yuste, ainsi que les anciens dirigeants de la banque, Xavier Sala i Mart\u00edn et Joan Oliver,<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00e0 compara\u00eetre le 16 janvier en tant que pr\u00e9venus\u00a0pour une escroquerie aggrav\u00e9e pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ 100\u00a0000 \u20ac impliquant deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux accus\u00e9s, en \u00e9change d&rsquo;un rendement de 6 %. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph paragraph ue-c-article--first-letter-highlighted\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\"><span dir=\"auto\">En novembre dernier, le\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">tribunal provincial de Barcelone<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0avait ordonn\u00e9 au juge d&rsquo;accepter la plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par la victime, qui n&rsquo;a r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 que 12\u00a0500 \u20ac, afin que l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sur l&rsquo;escroquerie pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e puisse \u00eatre men\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\"><span dir=\"auto\">Le m\u00e9dia susmentionn\u00e9 explique qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la troisi\u00e8me affaire en cours dans laquelle\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Laporta fait l&rsquo;objet\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"><strong>d&rsquo;<\/strong>\u00a0une enqu\u00eate pour fraude pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e en raison de ses liens avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0barcelonaise\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Core Store<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 CSSB Limited<\/strong>\u00a0, bas\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0<strong>Hong Kong<\/strong>\u00a0, dont le repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal \u00e9tait\u00a0<strong>Joan Oliver.<\/strong>\u00a0Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, plusieurs investisseurs auraient confi\u00e9 des fonds \u00e0 ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en \u00e9change de rendements annuels \u00e9lev\u00e9s, mais n&rsquo;auraient finalement re\u00e7u ni les rendements promis ni leur investissement initial.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"midwidget-taboola\">\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-mca-oc-1767021644902\" class=\"taboola-mid-article-widget\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\"><span dir=\"auto\">Le juge, en plus de convoquer\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Laporta, Yuste, Sala i Mart\u00edn et Oliver , a \u00e9galement ordonn\u00e9 aux repr\u00e9sentants de\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Core Store et de CSSB Limited<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0de compara\u00eetre devant le tribunal le 16 janvier.\u00a0Selon le magistrat, si les all\u00e9gations contenues dans la plainte sont vraies, elles pourraient constituer une fraude.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ue-c-article__subheadline\"><span dir=\"auto\">Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements se sont produits en 2016.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\"><span dir=\"auto\">En 2016, la plaignante a eu connaissance de deux opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;investissement li\u00e9es, assorties de conditions avantageuses. Selon ses dires, elle a vers\u00e9 50\u00a0000 \u20ac \u00e0\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Core Store<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, sous forme de pr\u00eat sur cinq ans \u00e0 un taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 6 %, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un contrat dont\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Joan Oliver<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00e9tait l&rsquo;administratrice. Par ailleurs, et toujours selon la plaignante, elle a investi 54\u00a0000 $ (soit 42\u00a0420 \u20ac au taux de change actuel) dans\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">CSSB Limited<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0en ao\u00fbt 2016 pour un second investissement, \u00e9galement sous la supervision d&rsquo;\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Oliver<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> et avec une signature illisible. Apr\u00e8s avoir port\u00e9 plainte pour non-paiement, elle n&rsquo;a per\u00e7u que 12\u00a0500 \u20ac le 5 ao\u00fbt
