Selon lui, une femme qui refuse d\u2019avoir des rapports sexuels avec son partenaire peut \u00eatre signal\u00e9e \u00e0 la police et, si elle est reconnue coupable, encourt une peine pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">deux ans de prison<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019ACP Dennis Fiakpui a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que cette disposition ne concerne pas uniquement les femmes. Il a soulign\u00e9 que les hommes qui refusent \u00e9galement des relations sexuelles \u00e0 leur partenaire peuvent \u00eatre poursuivis et risquent la m\u00eame peine maximale de deux ans d\u2019emprisonnement, une fois reconnus coupables \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une plainte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Poursuivant ses explications, le responsable de la police a \u00e9largi la notion d\u2019abus \u00e9motionnel \u00e0 d\u2019autres comportements au sein du couple. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab Si votre mari refuse de manger votre nourriture et vous rend malheureuse en vous causant une douleur \u00e9motionnelle, vous pouvez le signaler \u00e0 la police.
