Une femme de 26 ans aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tortur\u00e9e et br\u00fbl\u00e9e vive par son mari et ses beaux-parents au sujet de la dot huit ans apr\u00e8s son mariage, et serait d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir lutt\u00e9 contre de graves br\u00fblures dans le village de Sirsa, dans le Grand Noida, en Inde.<\/span><\/p>\n

La police a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que son mari, Vipin Bhati, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue samedi, tandis que sa belle-m\u00e8re, son beau-p\u00e8re et son beau-fr\u00e8re, \u00e9galement accus\u00e9s dans cette affaire, sont toujours en fuite.<\/span><\/p>\n

La femme, Nikki, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 admise \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital Fortis avec de graves br\u00fblures le 21 ao\u00fbt 2025 au soir avant d’\u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital Safdarjung de Delhi, mais qu’elle \u00e9tait d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e en cours de route.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e apr\u00e8s que sa s\u0153ur, Kanchan, a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les deux s\u0153urs s’\u00e9taient mari\u00e9es en 2016 avec deux fr\u00e8res : Kanchan avec Rohit et Nikki avec Vipin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kanchan a affirm\u00e9 que sa famille avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 offert une voiture Scorpio et d’autres objets de valeur au moment du mariage, mais les beaux-parents ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 exiger 36 lakhs de roupies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une autre voiture a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e plus tard, mais les demandes ont persist\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab Ils torturaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement Nikki, et quand j’essayais d’intervenir, ils me battaient aussi, parfois m\u00eame devant nos enfants \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Kanchan \u00e0 la police, ajoutant qu’elle aussi avait \u00e9t\u00e9 harcel\u00e9e et agress\u00e9e par sa belle-famille pour la dot.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elle a ajout\u00e9 que Vipin, qui \u00e9tait au ch\u00f4mage et accro \u00e0 l’alcool, agressait fr\u00e9quemment Nikki, souvent encourag\u00e9 par ses parents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les diff\u00e9rends du couple ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soulev\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises devant le panchayat local, mais les abus ont continu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le 21 ao\u00fbt, Kanchan a affirm\u00e9 que Vipin avait agress\u00e9 les deux s\u0153urs avant de frapper Nikki au cou, la faisant s’effondrer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab Il a ensuite vers\u00e9 une substance inflammable sur elle et l’a incendi\u00e9e \u00bb, a-t-elle affirm\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Des vid\u00e9os du harc\u00e8lement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9, examin\u00e9es par la police, montrent Nikki battue et tra\u00een\u00e9e par son mari et sa belle-m\u00e8re sous le regard d’autres personnes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nikki a \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9e d’urgence \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital par ses voisins et sa s\u0153ur, mais elle n’a pas pu survivre aux graves br\u00fblures.<\/span><\/p>\n

La police a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u une note d’un h\u00f4pital concernant une femme admise avec de graves br\u00fblures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une affaire de meurtre a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e contre Vipin, son fr\u00e8re Rohit et leurs parents, Daya et Satveer, en vertu des articles 103(1) (m8rder), 115(2) (causer volontairement des blessures) et 61(2) (complot criminel) du BNS.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
