L&rsquo;article citait la m\u00e8re du gar\u00e7on affirmant qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait \u00ab n\u00e9 en bonne sant\u00e9 \u00bb. Des articles<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>ult\u00e9rieurs ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l&rsquo;enfant souffrait \u00e9galement de paralysie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale et de complications li\u00e9es \u00e0 une maladie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique \u2013 des d\u00e9tails non mentionn\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;article original ni dans la l\u00e9gende. Les critiques ont accus\u00e9 le journal d&rsquo;avoir induit ses lecteurs en erreur en leur faisant croire que son \u00e9tat \u00e9tait uniquement d\u00fb \u00e0 la politique isra\u00e9lienne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/alexis.lindaikejisblog.com\/photos\/shares\/IMG_5485_1754668642.jpeg\"  alt=\"Netanyahou menace de poursuivre un grand m\u00e9dia am\u00e9ricain en justice pour sa couverture de Gaza\"  width=\"956\" height=\"537\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Le 30 juillet, le Times a ajout\u00e9 une note de la r\u00e9daction clarifiant ses ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux et supprimant la d\u00e9claration de la m\u00e8re. Netanyahou a fustig\u00e9 cette correction, la qualifiant de \u00ab\u00a0grossi\u00e8re comme un timbre-poste\u00a0\u00bb et affirmant qu&rsquo;elle ne r\u00e9parait pas les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00ab\u00a0Isra\u00ebl est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme une campagne de famine \u00e0 Gaza. Quel mensonge \u00e9hont\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Netanyahou. \u00ab\u00a0Il n&rsquo;y a pas de politique de famine \u00e0 Gaza, et il n&rsquo;y a pas de famine \u00e0 Gaza.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Il a affirm\u00e9 qu&rsquo;Isra\u00ebl avait autoris\u00e9 l&rsquo;aide humanitaire tout au long de la guerre, all\u00e9guant que les p\u00e9nuries \u00e9taient caus\u00e9es par le d\u00e9tournement des approvisionnements par le Hamas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le Times a d\u00e9fendu son travail, affirmant que la mise \u00e0 jour refl\u00e9tait de nouveaux faits d\u00e9couverts apr\u00e8s publication et que ses principaux articles sur la crise humanitaire \u00e0 Gaza restaient exacts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00ab\u00a0Les enfants de Gaza souffrent de malnutrition et de faim, comme l&rsquo;ont document\u00e9 des journalistes du New York Times et d&rsquo;autres\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un porte-parole, ajoutant que les critiques de Netanyahou s&rsquo;inscrivaient dans \u00ab\u00a0une strat\u00e9gie de plus en plus courante\u00a0\u00bb pour faire pression sur les m\u00e9dias ind\u00e9pendants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ce diff\u00e9rend survient alors que les Nations Unies et les agences humanitaires continuent de signaler une aggravation de la faim, des p\u00e9nuries d&rsquo;eau potable et de m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 Gaza. Isra\u00ebl accuse le Hamas, tandis que ses d\u00e9tracteurs citent les restrictions et les op\u00e9rations militaires isra\u00e9liennes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Des groupes pro-isra\u00e9liens et certains parlementaires am\u00e9ricains ont pris le parti de Netanyahou, accusant le Times de partialit\u00e9. Les partisans du journal affirment que ces attaques visent \u00e0 intimider les journalistes et \u00e0 d\u00e9courager toute couverture critique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Si Netanyahou engage des poursuites judiciaires, cela ferait \u00e9cho au proc\u00e8s en diffamation intent\u00e9 par Ariel Sharon en 1983 contre le magazine Time pour son reportage sur le massacre de Sabra et Chatila en 1982. Cette affaire s&rsquo;est termin\u00e9e sans dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats, un jury ayant jug\u00e9 la d\u00e9claration fausse, mais non formul\u00e9e avec \u00ab\u00a0intention de
