Je me suis couch\u00e9e, ce qui m&rsquo;a permis de dormir un peu \u00bb, a poursuivi l&rsquo;\u00a0 auteure\u00a0<\/span><em><i><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">de \u00ab Becoming<\/span><\/i><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0\u00bb \u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Michelle a ajout\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle devait se boucher les oreilles pendant que ses enfants pleuraient pour tenter de donner une chance \u00e0 la technique. La m\u00e9thode Ferber a finalement rapidement fonctionn\u00e9 pour le couple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00ab Il n\u2019a pas fallu plus d\u2019une semaine [pour que la m\u00e9thode fonctionne] et c\u2019\u00e9tait vraiment apr\u00e8s les deux premi\u00e8res nuits, parce que nous avons commenc\u00e9 t\u00f4t \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">L&rsquo;ancienne premi\u00e8re dame a expliqu\u00e9 que sa d\u00e9cision de se tourner vers la m\u00e9thode Ferber est survenue apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une de ses filles a \u00e9t\u00e9 sevr\u00e9e de l&rsquo;allaitement alors qu&rsquo;elle avait quatre ou cinq mois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00ab C&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, donc elle a appris vite \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Michelle. \u00ab Plus t\u00f4t on commence \u00e0 \u00e9liminer le
