L’Alliance des \u00c9tats du Sahel (AES), compos\u00e9e du Mali, du Burkina Faso et du Niger, les trois pays s\u00e9paratistes de la CEDEAO, est d\u00e9sormais en \u00e9tat d’alerte maximale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Les tensions entre l\u2019AES et la CEDEAO ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9valentes pendant la majeure partie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Toutefois, quelques d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9cents pourraient avoir intensifi\u00e9 ces tensions, car les membres de l’AES ont d\u00e9sormais plac\u00e9 leurs forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en \u00e9tat d’alerte maximale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Il y a quelques jours, le Niger\u00a0a accus\u00e9 le Nigeria de collaborer avec des puissances \u00e9trang\u00e8res pour d\u00e9stabiliser son pays.<\/p>\n

\n

Ceci, ajout\u00e9 au fait que la CEDEAO a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prolonger de six mois la sortie des pays membres de l\u2019AES, a encore accru les frictions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

L’AES\u00a0a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 avec v\u00e9h\u00e9mence cette prolongation,\u00a0la qualifiant de stratag\u00e8me visant \u00e0 compromettre sa souverainet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

L’AES a soulign\u00e9 les efforts visant \u00e0 restructurer les organisations terroristes au Sahel, dans le bassin du lac Tchad et dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions frontali\u00e8res, comme on peut le voir sur Sputnik.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Ils affirment que des gouvernements \u00e9trangers fournissent \u00e0 ces terroristes un soutien logistique et financier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

La zone est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme \u00ab th\u00e9\u00e2tre unique d’op\u00e9rations militaires \u00bb et le personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9fense est d\u00e9sormais en \u00e9tat d’alerte maximale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Le groupe r\u00e9gional des trois \u00c9tats a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 ses populations \u00e0 \u00ab redoubler de vigilance \u00bb et \u00e0 \u00ab rejeter les propositions d’enr\u00f4lement dans des groupes terroristes \u00bb<\/p>\n
