Engonga. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9 et plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention suite \u00e0 l\u2019explosion de cette affaire de m\u0153urs, Balthazar Engonga a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 blanchi de toutes les accusations port\u00e9es contre lui. Selon le tribunal, les vid\u00e9os controvers\u00e9es ne constituaient pas une infraction. Les femmes impliqu\u00e9es \u00e9taient toutes majeures et avaient consenti aux relations, comme l\u2019ont confirm\u00e9 les t\u00e9moignages recueillis et les preuves pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">De plus, des examens m\u00e9dicaux ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que M. Engonga n\u2019avait transmis aucune maladie s\u20acxuellement transmissible \u00e0 ses partenaires, un d\u00e9tail jug\u00e9 crucial dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019affaire. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont permis de conclure qu\u2019il \u00e9tait injustement accus\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bien que disculp\u00e9, Balthazar Engonga ne compte pas en rester l\u00e0. Lors d\u2019une d\u00e9claration publique, il a annonc\u00e9 son intention de poursuivre en justice les auteurs de la diffusion des vid\u00e9os.
