Traditionnellement, l&rsquo;islam valorise la structure familiale en accordant une pr\u00e9somption de paternit\u00e9 au mari, une r\u00e8gle con\u00e7ue pour prot\u00e9ger les liens familiaux et \u00e9viter les divisions au sein du foyer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les propos de Safiyyah Kassim ont d\u00e9clench\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat anim\u00e9, certains internautes remettant en question l&rsquo;application de ce principe \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re moderne, o\u00f9 les tests ADN sont facilement accessibles et souvent per\u00e7us comme un moyen fiable de confirmer la paternit\u00e9.
