\u00ab Splendide Comp\u00e9tition \u00bb est une comp\u00e9tition commerciale. Au regard des potentialit\u00e9s des femmes qui travaillent avec nous sur nos op\u00e9rations commerciales et en s\u2019inspirant de notre propre exp\u00e9rience de vie , nous avons voulu concevoir un projet certes commercial, mais avec une touche tr\u00e8s sociale. L\u2019objectif pour nous est de mettre en comp\u00e9tition des jeunes qui vendront les produits de nos partenaires, gagner de l\u2019argent et se perfectionner en m\u00eame temps. Parce qu\u2019il y a un gros volet formation pratique li\u00e9 au projet.<\/p>\n

Sur quels crit\u00e8res avez-vous s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les femmes qui vont s\u2019affronter sur le terrain ?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

C\u2019est d\u2019abord la motivation et la volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9ussir. Parce qu\u2019il y aura un casting o\u00f9 nous allons pouvoir parler de leurs aptitudes commerciales et leur r\u00e9elles motivations en venant participer. Enfin, on s\u2019attarde sur leurs capacit\u00e9s linguistiques et leurs aptitudes \u00e0 faire des rapports de vente et de synth\u00e8se. Aussi partons-nous du niveau de la classe de 5e \u00e0 celui du BAC plus 2.<\/p>\n

Comment vous int\u00e9grez les implications de la digitalisation dans vos programmes de formations avec des femmes aux niveaux aussi vari\u00e9s ?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

La formation va se faire par niveau, il n\u2019y a pas inqui\u00e9tude \u00e0 se faire ici. La cat\u00e9gorie 1 concerne les coll\u00e9giennes, et la cat\u00e9gorie 2 s\u2019adresse aux filles qui ont le BAC et plus. De nos jours, la vente n\u2019est plus compl\u00e8te lorsqu\u2019elle se fait uniquement sur le terrain. La formation et les \u00e9valuations se feront par cat\u00e9gorie en pr\u00e9sentiel et de mani\u00e8re digitale.<\/p>\n

Avec quels moyens mobilisez-vous toutes ces femmes. Aussi, qui sont vos partenaires ?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous avons deux genres de partenaires. On a des partenaires op\u00e9rationnels, qui sont des entreprises qui nous aident \u00e0 mettre le projet sur pied et le promouvoir tels que les partenaires m\u00e9dias, des cabinets juridiques, les mairies qui nous appuient institutionnellement, en mettant \u00e0 notre disposition son portefeuille d\u2019associations de jeunes partenaires et les autorisations n\u00e9cessaires pour le respect de l\u2019ordre urbain. \u00a0Il y a aussi les sponsors, les marques qui accepterons d\u2019associer leurs produits \u00e0 ce concept.<\/p>\n

A quel moment les filles en comp\u00e9tition seront-elles s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es et r\u00e9compens\u00e9es ?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

SPLENDIDE COMPETITION est une comp\u00e9tition annuelle. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition part du mois d\u2019octobre 2024 \u00e0 juillet 2025. Cependant, cette \u00e9dition annuelle est fragment\u00e9e par phases. Actuellement, nous lan\u00e7ons les phases communales pour la vente directe. Dans deux semaines, nous d\u00e9butons \u00e0 Koumassi, qui est la commune \u00e0 l\u2019honneur, par le casting et la mise en action des jeunes filles. Nous allons finir ce programme en d\u00e9cembre pour Koumassi.<\/p>\n

Nous irons ensuite \u00e0 Port-Bouet, Treichville, Marcory et Adjam\u00e9 pour la seconde phase. Enfin, nous attaquerons Yopougon Cocody et Abobo.<\/p>\n

Au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9valuation, le crit\u00e8re cl\u00e9 est le volume de vente, argumentaire de vente et la ponctualit\u00e9 et toutes les bonnes aptitudes commerciales etc. Ensuite, la phase de la vente assist\u00e9e des gagnantes des communes et la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de r\u00e9compense de la Splendide de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Avec le lancement de votre activit\u00e9, quelles sont vos impressions et combien de jeunes filles vous avez-vous mobilis\u00e9es ?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous sommes enti\u00e8rement satisfaites en ce sens que nous avons voulu r\u00e9unir 100 personnes et nos partenaires institutionnels et les filles ont r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sents.
