Meesha Moulton, du cabinet Meesha Moulton Law, estime que si t\u00e9moigner peut sembler \u00eatre une d\u00e9cision forte, cela pourrait se retourner contre le rappeur et producteur de musique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selon Moulton, le processus de contre-interrogatoire sera \u00ab mentalement \u00e9puisant \u00bb, car les avocats de la partie adverse rechercheront probablement d’\u00e9ventuelles incoh\u00e9rences ou aveux qui pourraient nuire \u00e0 la th\u00e8se de Combs.<\/p>\n

Elle pr\u00e9vient que l’interrogatoire sera exhaustif, visant \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler m\u00eame les plus petites vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s. Moulton voit cela comme le \u00ab plus grand d\u00e9fi \u00bb pour la\u00a0<\/span>c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0, ajoutant qu’elle \u00ab d\u00e9conseille fortement \u00bb l’id\u00e9e qu’il t\u00e9moigne, car cela pourrait nuire \u00e0 sa d\u00e9fense.<\/span><\/p>\n
