{"id":36796,"date":"2016-09-09T21:59:18","date_gmt":"2016-09-09T21:59:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/?p=36796"},"modified":"2016-09-10T00:06:53","modified_gmt":"2016-09-10T00:06:53","slug":"cameroun-perte-de-51-millions-de-fcfa-de-recettes-douanieres-mois-de-mise-oeuvre-de-lape","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cameroun-perte-de-51-millions-de-fcfa-de-recettes-douanieres-mois-de-mise-oeuvre-de-lape\/","title":{"rendered":"Cameroun: une perte de 51 millions de FCFA de recettes douani\u00e8res en un mois de mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019APE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce jeudi 8 septembre \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, le Comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 du suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019accord de partenariat \u00e9conomique (APE) bilat\u00e9ral Cameroun-Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que du 4 ao\u00fbt au 4 septembre 2016, \u00a0le Cameroun a perdu\u00a051,485 millions\u00a0FCFA de recettes douani\u00e8res .<\/p>\n<p>La perte par d\u00e9claration est de 476\u00a0714 FCFA toujours selon le Comit\u00e9,\u00a0et change\u00a0en fonction des volumes et droits de douanes en cause.<\/p>\n<p>59 importateurs dont Total Cameroun, Cimenteries du Cameroun, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sucri\u00e8re du Cameroun\u2026\u00a0ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 travers 108 d\u00e9clarations ventil\u00e9es dans les diff\u00e9rentes unit\u00e9s des secteurs des Douanes du Littoral II (19,1%), du Littoral I (45,4%), \u00a0et du Centre (5,6%).<\/p>\n<p>En guise de\u00a0rappel, c\u2019est depuis le 4 ao\u00fbt que 1760 produits europ\u00e9ens concern\u00e9s par la suppression\u00a0des barri\u00e8res douani\u00e8res dans le cadre de l\u2019APE peuvent entrer\u00a0au Cameroun en mode pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un abattement douanier de 25% chaque ann\u00e9e. Ces produits de l\u2019UE seront libres d\u2019acc\u00e8s d\u00e8s 2020.
