Il n\u2019y a tout simplement pas assez d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour tout le monde. L\u2019\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00e9conomie<\/span><span>\u00a0africaine en difficult\u00e9 rend la situation encore plus difficile.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ringCommonDetail ringBlockType-paragraph \">\n<p><span>Malgr\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre de plusieurs initiatives par les gouvernements africains pour lutter contre ce probl\u00e8me, leur impact a \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9 dans un contexte de population croissante. La gravit\u00e9 du probl\u00e8me a conduit les dirigeants africains \u00e0 adopter l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e0 Dar es Salaam une d\u00e9claration en sept points pour\u00a0<\/span><span>lutter contre le ch\u00f4mage<\/span><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ringCommonDetail ringBlockType-paragraph \">\n<p>En Afrique, comme dans le reste du monde, la population plus jeune court un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de ch\u00f4mage dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde. En 2024, le taux de ch\u00f4mage des jeunes en Afrique devrait s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir \u00e0 environ 11 pour cent, selon\u00a0Statista\u00a0.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ringCommonDetail ringBlockType-paragraph \">\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des particularit\u00e9s : les hommes trouvent plus facile d&rsquo;obtenir un emploi que les femmes, m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils poss\u00e8dent des comp\u00e9tences et une exp\u00e9rience similaires.
