Son nom est <strong>la prog\u00e9ria<\/strong>, ou syndrome de Hutchinson-Gilford.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elle provoque des changements physiques qui ressemblent fort \u00e0 un affaiblissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de la peau de ceux qui en sont atteints. Cette maladie \u00a0se manifeste par \u00a0un vieillissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ou la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Il n&rsquo;y a aucun traitement sp\u00e9cifique connu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par manque d\u2019informations sur cette maladie, Les habitants de son village le per\u00e7oivent comme un g\u00e9nie et s\u2019\u00e9loignent de lui.\u00a0 Il fait peur aux autres enfants.\u00a0G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les patients atteints de ce syndrome ont une dur\u00e9e de vie moyenne qui est de 15 ans \u00e0 26 ans. Mais il souffre atrocement de douleur musculaire, et meurent souvent de crise cardiaque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leur d\u00e9veloppement mental\u00a0 n\u2019est pas affect\u00e9 par la maladie. Sa m\u00e8re Tripti \u00a0a seulement 18 ans et elle dit que son fils est tr\u00e8s intelligent.\u00a0 Mais elle se sent impuissante face \u00e0 la maladie dont il souffre. \u00a0En d\u00e9pit de son physique de vieil homme, elle a constat\u00e9 que \u00a0son fils se comporte comme un enfant de son \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son mari et elle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris, en m\u00eame temps pris de panique \u00e0 la naissance de leur fils. La communaut\u00e9 locale ne les aide en aucun cas.
