inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00c0 la veille du sommet des BRICS, qui se tiendra en Afrique du Sud du 22 au 24 ao\u00fbt, la Chine a discut\u00e9 de ses intentions en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;industrialisation de l&rsquo;Afrique avec les dirigeants africains lors d&rsquo;une table ronde style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Selon l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Boston, les pr\u00eateurs chinois, en grande partie des banques publiques, ont promis de financer 160 milliards de dollars aux pays africains entre 2000 et 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"ringCommonDetail ringBlockType-paragraph \">\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Apr\u00e8s que le pr\u00e9sident chinois Xi Jinping a annonc\u00e9 l&rsquo;initiative \u00ab la Ceinture et la Route \u00bb en 2013 pour financer les infrastructures dans les pays sous-d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, les promesses de pr\u00eats ont grimp\u00e9 en fl\u00e8che. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cependant, ils ont ensuite chut\u00e9 radicalement, passant d&rsquo;un sommet de 28,4 milliards de dollars en 2016 \u00e0 1,9 milliard de dollars en inherit;\">Wu a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le d\u00e9bat \u00ab urgent \u00bb sur les \u00ab questions d&rsquo;urgence \u00bb ne pouvait pas attendre le Forum pour la coop\u00e9ration sino-africaine, le rassemblement annuel des ministres chinois et africains, qui devrait avoir lieu en 2019. a pr\u00e9dit une augmentation des investissements chinois en Afrique, notamment de la part des petites et
