En effet, c\u2019est la date choisie par GAIA C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et son partenaire br\u00e9silien EMBR\u00c0S pour officialiser leur union en vue de la construction de 112 immeubles comptant pour le projet de p\u00f4le urbain futuriste d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Riyadh City.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9hauss\u00e9e par les pr\u00e9sences effectives de SEM Abdal Karim Ewaida, Ambassadeur de la Palestine en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, de SEM Jose Carlos De Ara\u0171jo Leit\u0103on, Ambassadeur du Br\u00e9sil en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et de SEM Saad Bin Bakheat Alqathami, Ambassadeur de l\u2019Arabie Saoudite en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. A travers ce contrat, il reviendra \u00e0 Embras-C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la construction de 112 immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels de R+7 sur 144, pour un montant de 60 480 000 000 FCFA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La construction des 32 autres immeubles de R+7 sera attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 des petites et moyennes entreprises ivoiriennes comme contribution \u00e0 la valorisation et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences locales. Elles pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019expertise, du savoir-faire et des technologies saoudiennes et br\u00e9siliennes en mati\u00e8re de construction.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" l\u2019utilisation autant que possible des sources locales de mat\u00e9riaux ; le recours \u00e0 l\u2019expertise et aux technologies saoudiennes, br\u00e9siliennes et ivoiriennes et la formation de
