Le fils du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Joe Biden,\u00a0<\/span>Hunter Biden,<\/span>\u00a0a accept\u00e9 de plaider coupable \u00e0 deux charges fiscales f\u00e9d\u00e9rales et de rechercher un accord s\u00e9par\u00e9 sur une accusation d’armes \u00e0 feu dans le cadre d’un accord avec le minist\u00e8re de la Justice, selon son avocat et des documents judiciaires.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans une d\u00e9claration fournie \u00e0 plusieurs organes de presse am\u00e9ricains, l’avocat du jeune Biden a confirm\u00e9 mardi que \u00ab\u00a0Hunter assumera la responsabilit\u00e9 de deux cas de d\u00e9lit de non-paiement des imp\u00f4ts \u00e0 l’\u00e9ch\u00e9ance conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 un accord de plaidoyer\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’avocat, Christopher Clark, a ajout\u00e9 qu’une accusation distincte d’armes \u00e0 feu \u00ab\u00a0fera l’objet d’un accord de d\u00e9judiciarisation avant le proc\u00e8s et ne fera pas l’objet d’un accord de plaidoyer\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0Une \u00ab d\u00e9judiciarisation avant le proc\u00e8s \u00bb est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un accord entre les accus\u00e9s et les procureurs qui permet une r\u00e9habilitation au lieu d’une peine de prison.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’accusation d’arme \u00e0 feu concerne la possession par Hunter Biden d’une arme de poing sp\u00e9ciale Colt Cobra 38 pendant 11 jours en octobre 2018 alors qu’il savait qu’il \u00e9tait un consommateur de drogue \u2013 une violation de la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale.\u00a0Le chef d’accusation est passible d’une peine maximale de 10 ans de prison<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Je sais que Hunter pense qu’il est important d’assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 de ces erreurs qu’il a commises pendant une p\u00e9riode de troubles et de d\u00e9pendance dans sa vie.\u00a0Il a h\u00e2te de poursuivre son r\u00e9tablissement et d’aller de l’avant \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Clark.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les procureurs du minist\u00e8re de la Justice ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9crit les accords pr\u00e9vus dans un dossier judiciaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tout accord entre Hunter Biden et les procureurs devrait \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par un juge f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

L’accord devrait mettre fin \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de plusieurs ann\u00e9es sur les relations personnelles et professionnelles du jeune Biden qui a longtemps pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un casse-t\u00eate politique pour son p\u00e8re tout en alimentant les critiques \u2013 et les th\u00e9ories du complot \u2013 de la droite.<\/p>\n

Dans une br\u00e8ve d\u00e9claration, le porte-parole de la Maison Blanche, Ian Sams, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9: \u00abLe pr\u00e9sident et la premi\u00e8re dame aiment leur fils et le soutiennent alors qu’il continue \u00e0 reconstruire sa vie.\u00a0Nous n’aurons pas d’autres commentaires.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’enqu\u00eate f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de grande envergure remonte \u00e0 au moins 2018 et a sond\u00e9 les accords commerciaux \u00e9trangers en plein essor du jeune Biden apr\u00e8s que son p\u00e8re est devenu vice-pr\u00e9sident en 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n
