Abdoulaye Diop fustige une volont\u00e9 de balkaniser le Mali et mettant en affrontement les diff\u00e9rentes populations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Abdoulaye Diop, Ministre des Affaires Etrang\u00e8res du Mali s&rsquo;insurge contre une campagne m\u00e9diatique sournoise et pernicieuse visant les autorit\u00e9s de la Transition. Mais, au-del\u00e0, il estime que cette campagne de communication qui met en avant les Droits de l&rsquo;Homme, pour nourrir des sentiments haineux entre Maliens, n&rsquo;est que pr\u00e9mices \u00e0 une id\u00e9e plus sombre.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans son combat l\u00e9gitime contre les forces obscurantistes, le Mali est, h\u00e9las, confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une campagne hostile de d\u00e9sinformation, de la part de certains partenaires, campagne qui vise \u00e0 ternir l\u2019image des autorit\u00e9s, \u00e0 monter les communaut\u00e9s les unes contre les autres ; \u00e0 saper le moral de nos troupes engag\u00e9es sur le front ; et \u00e0 nuire aux relations entre le Mali et ses voisins et partenaires\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>a \u00e9crit le ministre des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du Mali ce mardi.<\/p>\n<p>Selon, Abdoulaye Diop, \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cette campagne hostile passe en outre par l\u2019instrumentalisation et la politisation des droits de l\u2019homme \u00e0 des fins de d\u00e9stabilisation, en vue d\u2019obtenir un changement de r\u00e9gime pour des int\u00e9r\u00eats g\u00e9ostrat\u00e9giques qui incluent des vell\u00e9it\u00e9s de partition du Mali\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Le d\u00e9cor est donc plant\u00e9 et les mots pour d\u00e9crire les desseins des Occidentaux en guerre \u00e0 fleurets mouchet\u00e9s contre le Mali sont lanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le Mali est dans le viseur de la France et tous les pays occidentaux qui rechignent \u00e0 comprendre qu&rsquo;un Etat africain, surtout d&rsquo;Afrique de l&rsquo;ouest, peut d\u00e9cider de choisir ses partenaires commerciaux et strat\u00e9giques sans injonction.
