Ce fut un coup de gueule comme pas permis en plein proc\u00e8s. Les accusations de Me Hamidou Barry ont fait l’effet d’une bombe et g\u00ean\u00e9 la Cour. Alors qu’il interrogeait Moussa Dadis Camara, un avocat des parties civiles a fait de grosses r\u00e9v\u00e9lations sur les manigances de la Justice guin\u00e9enne et les organisations des droits de l’homme tant en Guin\u00e9e qu’\u00e0 l’international. Il les accuse de prot\u00e9ger le Gl S\u00e9kouba Konat\u00e9 que personne ne veut entendre dans cette affaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me Hamidou Barry a lev\u00e9 un coin de voile dans l’inextricable affaire du 28 septembre 2009 pour lesquels 13 personnes dont Dadis Camara, comparaissent en Guin\u00e9e. Pour cet avocat de la partie civile, il y a des non-dits dans ce proc\u00e8s. Il accuse la justice guin\u00e9enne de faire mains et pieds pour \u00e9viter la comparution du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral S\u00e9kouba Konat\u00e9. Ancien ministre de la D\u00e9fense et pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de la Transition apr\u00e8s l’assassinat manqu\u00e9 de Dadis Camara le 3 d\u00e9cembre 2009, il \u00e9chappe \u00e0 la justice depuis.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Sekouba Konat\u00e9 est cit\u00e9 dans le rapport international d\u2019enqu\u00eate des Nations-Unies. En 2017, lorsqu\u2019on a introduit la plainte, la FIDH et l\u2019OGDH m\u2019ont exig\u00e9 de la retirer. Parce qu\u2019il semblerait que le pr\u00e9sident Alpha Cond\u00e9 ne voulait pas que le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Sekouba Konat\u00e9 soit dans le dossier. Mais j\u2019ai refus\u00e9 et j\u2019ai r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 appel. Les cons\u00e9quences de ce refus, ce c\u2019est l\u2019OGDH et FIDH ont pris mon argent. Moi je pense que cela ressemble \u00e0 un d\u00e9tournement. Depuis 2017, mes 640 euros ne me sont pas vers\u00e9s. Donc c\u2019est un d\u00e9tournement\u2019\u2019,<\/em> r\u00e9v\u00e8le Me Hamidou Barry.<\/p>\n

L’avocat qui interrogeait Dadis a profit\u00e9 de cet instant pour mettre \u00e0 nu des machinations qui en disent long sur les secrets du proc\u00e8s en cours. \u2018\u2019Je devrais aller \u00e0 Dakar le 5 septembre 2017. J\u2019ai pris le billet et ma valise pour me rendre \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport. C\u2019est l\u00e0-bas qu\u2019on m\u2019a dit que mon voyage est annul\u00e9 parce que j\u2019ai refus\u00e9 de retirer la plainte contre le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Konat\u00e9\u2019\u2019. C\u2019est pourquoi, jure-t-il, \u2018\u2019au prix de ma vie, je ne changerai pas de proc\u00e9dure et le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Konat\u00e9 va\u00a0 comparaitre\u2019\u2019.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Me Hamidou Barry d\u00e9nonce des agendas cach\u00e9s dans cette proc\u00e9dure. Il met en cause les organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits de l’homme en Guin\u00e9e et la FIDH. \u2018\u2019La FIDH a son agenda propre et toutes les autres organisations ont leurs propres agendas dans ce dossier. On a compris cela tardivement. C\u2019est pourquoi, je ne collabore plus avec ces organisations. La seule organisation que je consid\u00e8re vraiment, c\u2019est l\u2019Association des familles des disparus. Parce que chacun avait son programme dans le dossier du 28 septembre\u2019\u2019, <\/em>mart\u00e8le Me Hamidou Barry.<\/p>\n

En plein proc\u00e8s, Me Hamidou Barry a m\u00eame transmis des dossiers aux avocats de Dadis Camara afin que ces derniers prennent connaissance de l’ampleur du complot de la FIDH et de certaines associations de droits de l’homme en Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
