Un homme est jug\u00e9 pour avoir vi0l\u00e9 une ch\u00e8vre trente minutes durant, arguant que l&rsquo;animal avait \u00e9t\u00e9 consentant. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;accus\u00e9, l&rsquo;homme de 25 ans, doit compara\u00eetre ce lundi 28 novembre pour avoir\u00a0abus\u00e9 s3xuellement d&rsquo;une ch\u00e8vre, dans une exploitation de Chaintreaux dans le d\u00e9partement de Seine-et-Marne, rapporte le site d&rsquo;information fran\u00e7ais le Figaro. Retrouv\u00e9 par sa propri\u00e9taire, l&rsquo;animal a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 un v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire qui a constat\u00e9 des l\u00e9sions g\u00e9nitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les faits se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s dans la nuit du 10 au 11 mai 2022. Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de l\u2019association de d\u00e9fense des animaux St\u00e9phane Lamart,\u00a0le suspect se serait introduit discr\u00e8tement dans un enclos o\u00f9 il a commit son acte zoophile\u00a0sur l&rsquo;animal de trois ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon lui, l&rsquo;animal aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 consentant, car il l&rsquo;aurait l\u00e9ch\u00e9 et lui, avait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 son geste comme un signe de consentement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir viol\u00e9 la ch\u00e8vre pendant 30 minutes, il l\u2019aurait propos\u00e9e \u00e0 un ami qui l\u2019attendait dans une voiture. Celui-ci aurait refus\u00e9 de toucher \u00e0 l&rsquo;animal. Le cabri a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9 dans une for\u00eat de Souppes-sur-Loing avant d\u2019\u00eatre retrouv\u00e9 par sa propri\u00e9taire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifi\u00e9 par des cam\u00e9ras de vid\u00e9osurveillance, l&rsquo;accus\u00e9 a reconnu les faits.
