Il est attendu par ses partisans dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e0 Yopougon, commune populaire d&rsquo;Abidjan, pour une \u00ab<em>f\u00eate<\/em>\u00bb, \u00ab<em>pas un meeting politique<\/em>\u00bb a insist\u00e9 son entourage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-222.png\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-222.png\"  alt=\"\u00ab\u00a0Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la rue\u00a0\u00bb Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 est rentr\u00e9 en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire\"  class=\"wp-image-349044\" width=\"839\" height=\"1422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-222.png 604w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-222-177x300.png 177w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 839px) 100vw, 839px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le retour de Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 est le dernier d&rsquo;un certain nombre de personnalit\u00e9s politiques de haut niveau qui s&rsquo;\u00e9taient brouill\u00e9es avec l&rsquo;administration actuelle depuis le conflit.\u00a0En ao\u00fbt, le pr\u00e9sident Alassane Ouattara, vainqueur des \u00e9lections de 2010 que Gbagbo a refus\u00e9 de reconna\u00eetre, a\u00a0graci\u00e9\u00a0ce dernier.\u00a0L&rsquo;ex-pr\u00e9sident &#8211; est retourn\u00e9 en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire en juin dernier &#8211; dans le cadre d&rsquo;une campagne de r\u00e9conciliation avant les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9vues en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En juillet, le pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement tenu une\u00a0rencontre\u00a0avec Gbagbo et Henri Konan B\u00e9di\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M. Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 a fui la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire la veille de la capture de M. Gbagbo, se rendant au Ghana par la route o\u00f9 il a v\u00e9cu cach\u00e9 pendant pr\u00e8s de deux ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-223.png\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-223.png\"  alt=\"\u00ab\u00a0Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la rue\u00a0\u00bb Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 est rentr\u00e9 en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire\"  class=\"wp-image-349047\" width=\"839\" height=\"629\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-223.png 720w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-223-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 839px) 100vw, 839px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 et transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la CPI o\u00f9 il a comparu pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2014, accus\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir commis des crimes contre l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9, y compris des accusations selon lesquelles il dirigeait une milice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais tant M. Gbagbo que M. Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9s en 2019 apr\u00e8s que les juges ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l&rsquo;accusation n&rsquo;avait pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 prouver sa th\u00e8se.&nbsp;La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par la Chambre d&rsquo;appel de la CPI l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident est revenu en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire en juin 2021, o\u00f9 il tente depuis de jouer le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;un artisan de la paix appelant \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M.
