Une femme de 36 ans, Hanna Faustino, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu’elle ne voulait utiliser aucun analg\u00e9sique pour donner naissance \u00e0 son deuxi\u00e8me enfant Kaiya, car elle voulait profiter du \u00ab\u00a0plaisir<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb de l’accouchement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon la m\u00e8re, pendant le travail, elle s’est plut\u00f4t concentr\u00e9e sur des techniques de respiration sp\u00e9ciales, visualisant une \u00ab\u00a0vague<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb en s’accroupissant, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat inattendu, un \u00ab\u00a0orgasme<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.  Hanna, une assistante \u00e9ducative du Caistor Centre, au Canada, dit que le travail \u00e9tait si agr\u00e9able qu’elle ne voulait pas que \u00e7a s’arr\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanna, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9: \u00abPendant l\u2019accouchement , j’ai abandonn\u00e9 mon esprit \u00e0 mon corps et j’ai eu des sensations similaires \u00e0 un orgasme. J’ai trouv\u00e9 un rythme de respiration et j’\u00e9tais dans un squat avec mon mari qui me soutenait. J’ai oubli\u00e9 qu’ils \u00e9taient dans la pi\u00e8ce car je pouvais juste me concentrer sur cette extension naturelle et atteindre un \u00e9tat vraiment heureux. C’\u00e9tait vraiment naturel de pousser, et les contractions n’\u00e9taient pas aussi douloureuses. J’avais cette pl\u00e9nitude et je ne voulais pas que la sensation s’arr\u00eate . Il y avait beaucoup d’incertitude avec la naissance de mon premier enfant, River, neuf ans, donc je n’ai pas atteint un \u00e9tat de bonheur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCe fut un travail long et plus difficile qu’un marathon et j’en ai couru beaucoup. Mais c’\u00e9tait un beau travail et quelque chose dont je suis fi\u00e8re quand je regarde en arri\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em>a t-elle ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le deuxi\u00e8me accouchement d’Hanna, elle a pu se concentrer sur le rythme pour avoir un \u201corgasme<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb – et a visualis\u00e9 son b\u00e9b\u00e9 se rapprochant d’elle sur une vague pour l’aider pendant le travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Elle avait son mari, Will, 41 ans, un facteur, qui la tenait par derri\u00e8re pendant qu’elle \u00e9tait en travail dans une position accroupie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJ’\u00e9tais dans un squat dans ma chambre et les lumi\u00e8res \u00e9taient faibles\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAvec tous mes b\u00e9b\u00e9s, j’ai travaill\u00e9 sur une visualisation \u00e0 chaque contraction qu’ils sont une vague rapprochant mon b\u00e9b\u00e9 de moi. Je n’ai utilis\u00e9 aucun analg\u00e9sique lors de mes accouchements. Atteindre cet \u00e9tat \u00e9tait magnifique et je ne voulais pas que cela se termine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour l’arriv\u00e9e de son troisi\u00e8me b\u00e9b\u00e9, Terran, maintenant \u00e2g\u00e9 de quatre ans, Hanna a utilis\u00e9 les m\u00eames techniques, mais une position diff\u00e9rente ; couch\u00e9e sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec une jambe lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cC’\u00e9tait presque comme un chien qui faisait pipi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab J’ai embrass\u00e9 les sensations de la naissance. Ce n’\u00e9tait pas aussi heureux qu’avec Kaiya mais toujours magnifique. Si vous permettez aux hormones d’accouchement de travailler pour vous, une femme peut entrer dans un \u00e9tat de bonheur ou de travail\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>a-t-elle argument\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa douleur n’est alors pas si intense car les endorphines circulent et il n’y a alors aucune peur. On dit qu’ils sont 10 fois plus forts. J’ai vu que cela fonctionnait pour les femmes et c’\u00e9tait incroyable, mais cela pourrait sembler diff\u00e9rent pour tout le monde. Mon objectif est de m’assurer que les femmes sont satisfaites de leur exp\u00e9rience de naissance apr\u00e8s l’accouchement, quel que soit le voyage. Un accouchement a toujours des surprises\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>a ajout\u00e9 Hanna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
