Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Phil\u00e9mon Yav a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis aux arr\u00eats et transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la prison de Makalla. Les faits qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s ne sont pas encore rendus publics, mais il pourrait s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une collusion avec l&rsquo;ennemi rwandais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il se passe bien des choses au sein de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e congolaise en ce moment. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;arrestation d&rsquo;un colonel qui a empoisonn\u00e9 un g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, des sources au sein de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e annoncent l&rsquo;arrestation d&rsquo;un homme fort de la Grande Muette: Le Lieutenant-G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Philemon Yav. Avant son arrestation, il \u00e9tait le commandant de la troisi\u00e8me zone de d\u00e9fense (Nord-Kivu, Sud-Kivu, Ituri, Maniema et Tshopo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est un donc un officier important du dispositif s\u00e9curitaire de la RDC qui est mis sous les verrous.  D\u00e9tenu \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala, selon les m\u00eames sources, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Philemon Yav aurait des soucis avec l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cutif et la haute hi\u00e9rarchie militaire congolaise. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s des c\u00e2bles, il est poursuivi pour \u00a0\u00bb haute trahison\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelle forme prend cette haute trahison ? Assur\u00e9ment une collusion avec l&rsquo;ennemi rwandais dans l&rsquo;est. Le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Philemon Yav qui commande la d\u00e9fense de cette zone en proie \u00e0 l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 a-t-il pactis\u00e9 avec le M23 ? On n&rsquo;est pas loin de l&rsquo;en accuser. De plus, cet officier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est avant tout un proche des Kabila, avant d&rsquo;avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le dispositif militaire de F\u00e9lix Tshis\u00e9k\u00e9di. Paye-t-il l&rsquo;inertie du gouvernement dans la reprise de Bunagana \u00e0 l&rsquo;est ? Ou est-il victime d&rsquo;un r\u00e8glement de compte politique ?
