Rio de Janeiro, la ville h\u00f4te des Jeux olympiques est devenue la destination la plus on\u00e9reuse sur la plateforme Airbnb avec 206 dollars en moyenne pour une nuit. Les Br\u00e9siliens sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 proposer leur logement aux visiteurs venus assister \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour palier l\u2019insuffisance de chambres d’h\u00f4tels.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pendant les premi\u00e8res semaines d’ao\u00fbt, les visiteurs devront compter 206 dollars en moyenne pour une nuit en Airbnb \u00e0 Rio. Avec l’accueil des 31es Jeux olympiques d’\u00e9t\u00e9 qui sont organis\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Am\u00e9rique du Sud. Rio de Janeiro est devenue la ville la plus ch\u00e8re sur la plateforme devant Miami, San Francisco et Paris, selon une \u00e9tude Bloomberg. Le Br\u00e9sil remporte ainsi sa premi\u00e8re m\u00e9daille d’or.<\/p>\n

Alors qu’en 2012, lors des Jeux olympiques de Londres, les particuliers s’exposaient \u00e0 une amende de 23.000 euros s’ils louaient leur appartement via la plateforme. Airbnb est d\u00e9sormais partenaire officiel de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Pour cette raison, les Br\u00e9siliens sont sollicit\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une demande importante d’h\u00e9bergements et sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 s’inscrire sur Airbnb.<\/p>\n

Lorsque Rio qui repr\u00e9sente le 4e plus gros march\u00e9 pour Airbnb a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 ville h\u00f4te en 2009, le secteur touristique s’\u00e9tait fix\u00e9 comme objectif de passer de 30.000 \u00e0 62.000 chambres d’h\u00f4tels. Aujourd’hui, seulement 56.000 chambres sont effectivement disponibles. Une aubaine pour Airbnb: \u00abNous avons vu doubler le nombre d’espaces annonc\u00e9s dans la ville au cours des douze derniers mois\u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 \u00e0 l’AFP Leonardo Tristao, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’Airbnb au Br\u00e9sil. \u00abEn plus des touristes, la majorit\u00e9 des familles des athl\u00e8tes s\u00e9journent dans des appartements mis en location via Airbnb.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur voit monter les prix des h\u00e9bergements. Lors de l’Euro 2016 en France, les locations propos\u00e9es sur Airbnb comme les tarifs des chambres d’h\u00f4tels avaient augment\u00e9, jusqu’\u00e0 726% pour certains, soit de 42 euros \u00e0 347 euros la nuit pour un h\u00f4tel de Saint Denis par exemple.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
