Le gouvernement de Singapour va d\u00e9p\u00e9naliser les relations s3xuelles entre hommes, a annonc\u00e9 le Premier ministre dimanche 21 ao\u00fbt, rendant ainsi l\u00e9gal l\u2019homos3xualit\u00e9 dans la cit\u00e9-\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Premier ministre Lee Hsien Loong a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le gouvernement abrogerait l’article 377A du code p\u00e9nal, une loi de l’\u00e9poque coloniale qui criminalise les relations s3xuelles entre hommes, ajoutant que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 acceptait de plus en plus les homos3xuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJe pense que c’est la bonne chose \u00e0 faire, et quelque chose que la plupart des Singapouriens accepteront d\u00e9sormais\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans son discours annuel lors du rassemblement de la f\u00eate nationale. Cependant, Lee a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le gouvernement n’avait pas l’intention de modifier la d\u00e9finition l\u00e9gale du mariage de la cit\u00e9-\u00c9tat en tant qu’union entre un homme et une femme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cM\u00eame si nous abrogeons l’article 377A, nous maintiendrons et prot\u00e9gerons l’institution du mariage (…). En vertu de la loi, seuls les mariages entre un homme et une femme sont reconnus \u00e0 Singapour\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a ajout\u00e9 Lee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
