A la question de savoir quel serait le plus long mot, plusieurs diront qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit du mot \u00a0\u00bb anticonstitutionnellement \u00ab\u00a0. Cependant rien n\u2019est s\u00fbr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On l\u2019a tous appris \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole: le mot le plus long de la langue fran\u00e7aise qui arbore fi\u00e8rement ses 25 lettres est le mot \u00a0\u00bb anticonstitutionnellement \u00ab\u00a0. Avec l&rsquo;actualisation du dictionnaire fran\u00e7ais, il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que pendant que certains mots meurent, d&rsquo;autres naissent. Quel serait donc le rempla\u00e7ant du plus long mot fran\u00e7ais (anticonstitutionnellement) ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s ce mot de 25 lettres, un autre a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 battre le record avec 27 lettres, il s&rsquo;agit du mot  \u00a0\u00bb intergouvernementalisations \u00ab\u00a0. Mais poussons nos recherches plus loin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En s\u2019extrayant du champ des mots \u00abnon-sp\u00e9cifiques\u00bb, et des mots que le commun des mortels n\u2019emploie jamais, on complique le d\u00e9bat. En g\u00e9ographie, on trouve ainsi le mot \u00a0\u00bb heptathalasso\u00e9dimbourgeoises \u00a0\u00bb (28 lettres), qui d\u00e9signe les habitantes d\u2019\u00c9dimbourg-des-Sept-Mers, une localit\u00e9 britannique sur l\u2019\u00eele Tristan da Cunha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egalement en m\u00e9decine, le record est d\u00e9tenu par la \u00abglycosylphosphatidyl\u00e9thanolamine\u00bb (32 lettres), un composant des membranes cellulaire. De m\u00eame, en chimie, on trouve la mol\u00e9cule d\u2019 \u00abaminom\u00e9thylpyrimidinylhydroxy\u00e9thylm\u00e9thythiazolium\u00bb (49 lettres).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En dehors de tous ces mots \u00ab\u00a0non-sp\u00e9cifique\u00a0\u00bb, la litt\u00e9rature a \u00e9galement produit des mots qui m\u00e9ritent de figurer dans la cat\u00e9gorie des mots les plus longs de la langue fran\u00e7aise. On y trouve ainsi le mot \u00ab\u00a0hippocamp\u00e9l\u00e9phantocam\u00e9los\u00a0\u00bb (24 lettres) qui fait allusion \u00e0 une lettre de Lebret.
