Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus coupables de tricherie au cours de l\u2019examen de passage en deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 12 au 14 juillet dernier, selon le conseil de discipline de cette \u00e9cole tenue le 21 juillet 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abas Mohamadou Ousmanou<\/strong>, le fils du milliardaire de Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9, <strong>Alhadji Abbo<\/strong>, figure parmi les exclus, Selon Mutations qui rapporte les faits dans son \u00e9dition du 25 juillet 2016. Ce dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab<em>surpris le 12 juillet en cours, en train de consulter des documents en rapport avec l\u2019\u00e9preuve de tronc commun d\u2019organisation administrative et politique de l\u2019\u00c9tat, dans son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable. Pourtant, la consigne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale interdit l\u2019usage de tout document ou appareil pendant les \u00e9preuves<\/em>\u00bb, confie une source interne au journal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une demande d\u2019explication qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 servie par le conseil de discipline de l\u2019ENAM, le mis en cause affirme sous proc\u00e8s-verbal:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab<em>Ayant pratiquement fini de composer, j\u2019ai sorti mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour regarder l\u2019heure. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que la surveillante m\u2019a demand\u00e9 de le lui remettre. Je vous prie de bien vouloir m\u2019excuser pour ce geste qui laisse croire \u00e0 une violation des consignes de l\u2019examen. Cela ne se reproduira plus jamais<\/em>\u00bb,<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>se d\u00e9fend <strong>Abas Mohamadou Ousmanou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil de discipline de l\u2019ENAM l&rsquo;a exclu sans \u00e9tats d&rsquo;\u00e2mes. Son exclusion pour tricherie a \u00e9t\u00e9 dite, sous r\u00e9serve de l\u2019avis du Ministre de la Fonction publique et de la R\u00e9forme administrative, tutelle de cette \u00e9cole, qui pourra valider ou invalider cette d\u00e9cision. Tout comme celle de l\u2019exclusion pour le m\u00eame motif des quatre autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Djibersou Da\u2019Aye Yoma de nationalit\u00e9 tchadienne et Mahamat<strong> Dahiy\u00e9 Abdoulkarim<\/strong> de nationalit\u00e9 camerounaise et \u00a0tous deux \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 la section \u00abImp\u00f4ts\u00bb sont accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir cach\u00e9\u00a0dans leurs poches le 13 juillet, des documents interdits au cours de l\u2019\u00e9preuve d\u2019audit et de contr\u00f4le des services fiscaux. \u00a0Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves\u00a0<strong>Veyet Raymond Fondzenyuy <\/strong>et son camarade d\u2019origine centrafricaine <strong>Tekili Zaket Paul Emery<\/strong>, \u00e9galement pensionnaires de la division des \u00abImp\u00f4ts\u00bb ont eux aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s de tricherie.
