En substance, il lui aurait simplement demand\u00e9, lors de sa visite officielle en France, de se m\u00ealer de ses affaires concernant le cas de la crise en RD Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de sa visite officielle en France le 11 juillet dernier, Jacob Zuma, le pr\u00e9sident sud-africain, aurait purement et simplement demand\u00e9 \u00e0 son homologue fran\u00e7ais, Fran\u00e7ois Hollande de laisser les Africains r\u00e9gler leurs probl\u00e8mes entre eux. \u00ab\u00a0Laissez-nous g\u00e9rer cette question entre Africains\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il r\u00e9pondu sans d\u00e9tour \u00e0 Fran\u00e7ois Hollande, concernant la question du pr\u00e9sident de RD Congo, Joseph Kabila.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois Hollande aurait en effet demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Zuma de faire pression sur Kabila pour qu\u2019il se d\u00e9cide \u00e0 organiser les \u00e9lections avant le d\u00e9lai du 19 d\u00e9cembre prochain. Sous-entendu\u2009: \u00ab\u00a0Vous, les Blancs, ne vous m\u00ealez pas de cela.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Afrique du sud ne d\u00e9pend pas de l\u2019aide internationale, comme c\u2019est le cas de la plupart des gouvernements africains. Elle est donc en mesure de tenir un langage franc que les autres s&rsquo;interdisent. Surtout que les Sud-Africains con\u00e7oivent mal le fait que les Occidentaux s\u2019\u00e9rigent en donneurs de le\u00e7ons.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de rappeler qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9\u00e9lection controvers\u00e9e de Joseph Kabila en novembre\u00a02011, le pr\u00e9sident sud-africain avait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un des premiers chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 le f\u00e9liciter. La nation Arc-en-ciel \u00e0, certes, accueilli l\u2019opposant congolais \u00a0Mo\u00efse Katumbi, du 20 au 27\u00a0mai dernier, \u00a0pour des raisons m\u00e9dicales. Mais entre Kabila et Katumbi, Zuma pr\u00e9f\u00e8re encore le premier.
