Une femme a failli \u00eatre mang\u00e9e vivante par son pitbull de compagnie lorsqu’il l’a attaqu\u00e9e et lui a d\u00e9vor\u00e9 la moiti\u00e9 du bras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tya Lucas, 41 ans, \u00e9tait chez elle \u00e0 Lewisville, au Texas, pr\u00e9sentant son nouveau chiot, Roo, \u00e0 son ami Peter, 33 ans, le 16 mai lorsque son pit-bull, Hercules, l’a attaqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tya Lucas a d\u00e9clar\u00e9: \u00ab\u00a0Le chiot est all\u00e9 sauter sur le canap\u00e9, alors je suis all\u00e9e le chercher \u2013 et mon ami lui a dit de se coucher.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0C’est alors qu’Hercule se jeta sur Peter et planta ses dents dans son cou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le pitbull a saut\u00e9 sur le cou de mon ami et il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 saigner.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tya a dit \u00e0 Kennedy News qu’elle est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 l’action et a enlev\u00e9 le pitbull sur son ami et l’a pouss\u00e9 dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la salle de bain. C’est alors qu’Hercule a tourn\u00e9 son agressivit\u00e9 contre Tya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle a dit: \u00ab\u00a0Il a d\u00fb sentir le sang [de Peter] partout sur moi et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 m’attaquer. Je ne m’en souviens pas beaucoup. Je me souviens avoir baiss\u00e9 les yeux et ma chair m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 arrach\u00e9e du bras. Je ne me souviens pas de la sensation, je me souviens d’avoir cri\u00e9:\u00a0\u00bb Hercule, c’est moi \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chien a arrach\u00e9 les deux tiers du bras droit de Tya, a mang\u00e9 son biceps et a enfonc\u00e9 ses dents dans sa jambe et son pied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle criait \u00ab\u00a0Aidez-moi, je suis en train de mourir\u00a0\u00bb <\/em>lorsque sa fille, Tana, 20 ans, et son mari, Harley, 21 ans, se sont pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s dans le salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab [Tana] a vu que le chien essayait de me tuer. Elle m’a tendu la main et j’ai essay\u00e9 de l’attraper mais je l’ai rat\u00e9e de quelques centim\u00e8tres\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Tya. \u00ab Il s’est accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 ma jambe et m’a entra\u00een\u00e9e plus loin. Son mari est entr\u00e9 et il a battu le chien. Je ne me souviens pas de cette partie. Je ne sais pas si je m’\u00e9vanouissais.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harley est intervenu pour \u00e9loigner le chien de Tya et l’emmener \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur, lorsque l’officier Jordan Potter est arriv\u00e9 sur les lieux en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l’appel fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique de Tana au 911. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le coordinateur de l’information publique du d\u00e9partement de police de Lewisville, Matt Martucci, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au Post: \u00ab\u00a0L’officier Potter est tr\u00e8s fier du fait qu’il a pu sauver la vie de la femme \u2013 mais si vous lui demandez, c’\u00e9tait juste dans l’exercice de ses fonctions de servir et de prot\u00e9ger les habitants de Lewisville. C’\u00e9tait une situation assez traumatisante pour cette famille [mais ses] actions l’ont emp\u00each\u00e9e d’\u00eatre une situation mortelle et ont apport\u00e9 un peu de r\u00e9confort \u00e0 la famille \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tya a racont\u00e9: \u00ab\u00a0Je ne sais pas combien de fois il m’a mordue . Je pense que cela a dur\u00e9 environ cinq minutes. J’ai cru que j’allais mourir. Je me suis battue pour rester en vie. Un bon deux tiers de mon bras a \u00e9t\u00e9 arrach\u00e9. Il a mang\u00e9 tout mon biceps. La police a dit que si je m’\u00e9tais \u00e9vanouie dans la maison, il m’aurait mang\u00e9 de l’int\u00e9rieur. Ils ont dit qu’ils avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu des coups de couteau, des blessures par balle mais qu’ils n’avaient jamais vu ce qu’ils avaient vu ce jour-l\u00e0. Ils ont mis un garrot sur mon bras et le m\u00e9decin a dit que s’il n’avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e0 pour le faire \u00e0 ce moment pr\u00e9cis, je n’aurais pas surv\u00e9cu avant que l’ambulance n’arrive.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tya a \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9e d’urgence \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital, o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise sous ventilateur pendant deux jours. Elle est rest\u00e9e \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital pendant 19 jours, o\u00f9 elle a subi des centaines de points de suture sur le bras, la jambe et le pied et cinq op\u00e9rations pour enlever la peau morte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tana et Harley avaient trouv\u00e9 Hercule abandonn\u00e9 au bord de la route, couvert de br\u00fblures de cigarettes, deux ans plus t\u00f4t. Mais Tya dit qu’Hercule n’avait jamais montr\u00e9 de signes d’agressivit\u00e9 auparavant et avait m\u00eame dormi au lit avec elle la nuit avant l’attaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’agente de contr\u00f4le des animaux Amanda Navarro a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9e sur les lieux et a utilis\u00e9 un poteau d’attache pour s\u00e9curiser le chien malgr\u00e9 ses coups constants. Tya et Tana ont remis Hercule \u00e0 la police sur les lieux et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 abattu peu de temps apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’incident a laiss\u00e9 Tya terrifi\u00e9e par les chiens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle a dit: \u00ab\u00a0Il n’a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 agressif auparavant. Je l’ai entendu aboyer une fois quand quelque chose l’a fait sursauter. Je ne sais pas pourquoi c’est arriv\u00e9. Il a dormi dans notre lit. Je ne sais pas ce qui l’a d\u00e9clench\u00e9. Je n’ai jamais eu de probl\u00e8me avec les chiens, mais maintenant je suis terrifi\u00e9e par eux. Je ne peux pas m’approcher des chiens.
