L’affaire des soldats ivoiriens arr\u00eat\u00e9s au Mali pour mercenariat se nourrit chaque joue d’une nouvelle approche. Hier RFI avait clairement indiqu\u00e9 que le gouvernement ivoirien mentait visiblement dans ses explications sur la pr\u00e9sence des soldats ivoiriens au Mali. Avant d’\u00e9dulcorer un peu son r\u00e9cit en donnant du cr\u00e9dit au r\u00e9cit ivoirien. Puis, nouveau rebondissement, RFI accuse encore le gouvernement ivoirien.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce matin, RFI revient \u00e0 la charge et maintient sa premi\u00e8re accusation sur un mensonge possible des Ivoiriens: la Radio cite le porte-parole de l’ONU qui atteste que contrairement \u00e0 ce que dit le Conseil National de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 puis le Conseiller du chef d’Etat-major de l’arm\u00e9e ivoirienne, les soldats ivoiriens \u00e0 Bamako comme \u00e9l\u00e9ments nationaux de soutien, ne le sont pas en r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Dans un premier temps, les \u00e9quipes de l’ONU tant \u00e0 Bamako qu’\u00e0 New-York ont corrobor\u00e9 la version ivoirienne. Mais apr\u00e8s recoupement, de nouvelles informations ont permis de d\u00e9voiler que les soldats ivoiriens n’\u00e9taient pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nationaux de soutien ( NSE) par les Nations Unies et pour l’organisation, il s’agissait avant tout d’une affaire bilat\u00e9rale<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, affirme la journaliste de RFI \u00e0 New-York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle va alors r\u00e9v\u00e9ler l’une des sources qu’elle a eue hier sur cette affaire. Et ce n’est pas n’importe qui. C’est le porte-parole de l’ONU. Son t\u00e9moignage sur la situation exacte, pour ne pas dire le statut exact des soldats ivoiriens donne raison aux autorit\u00e9s maliennes. Il confirme que les soldats ivoiriens ne sont pas et n’ont jamais travaill\u00e9 au Mali en tant qu’\u00e9l\u00e9ments de Nationaux de Soutien \u00e0 la Minusma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 par Farhan Haq, porte-parole des Nations Unies: \u00ab\u00a0Les troupes ivoiriennes n’appartiennent pas aux forces de la Minusma. Une requ\u00eate de la C\u00f4te d’Ivoire pour d\u00e9ployer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nationaux de soutien, a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e en 2019. Cependant, aucune troupe n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e sous cette convention depuis ce moment-l\u00e0.
